While in the process of ordering food, I witnessed an employee spraying chemicals and cleaning an empty pan right in the middle of where all the other food was being prepared. This not only disrupted the atmosphere but also raised serious concerns about hygiene standards. Extremely disappointed and definitely not returning.

Staff are not inviting or friendly at all. They act as though asking for your order is a chore and annoyed. Well, here's an idea..put it on the shelf like it says on the app, and no one will bother you for their order!Also, the store is a mess, which could because they are understaffed. BUT I think it's a mess because the idgaf attitude that the staff has. I used the women's restroom, while waiting for order and it was just as disgusting. Now, I will say that the customers make the mess, but it was obvious the bathroom hasn't been cleaned in a while since the bottom of the sink had a film of algae.Yeah, the food is tasty, but it's obvious that the staff/manager(s) lack to detail of giving af. So, that makes me question how the food is being handled.One last thing, CLOSE THE LIDS!!! You don't put a bowl of food in a paper bag without securing the top,especially for a to-go order!

Online order says it’s ready but wasn’t on the shelves. I asked the cashier about my order. He rudely tells me to wait. I wait while he rings out several customers and then I show him the order ready on my phone. He rudely tells me he is clearly busy and I need to keep waiting. I ask if he speaks to other customers this way and he tells me he’s the manager and I’m being disrespectful. Luckily another employee stepped in and made the food but this employee working the cashier at 12:30pm 3/6/24 is unbelievable in how he speaks to customers. This would be a fireable offense in any customer facing position.
