Chipotle Mexican Grill

Took my 11 year old Grand Daughter here. We got build your own taco's.
When we sat down we noticed she only got a small amount of cheese. Notable because it's always been more at her favorite Chipotle location.
I told her to go ask for more. They told her no!
She's 11 and took the time to be courteous and go all the way back through the line. It couldn't cost the store to add a little pinch of cheese.
Shame on you!
Obviously we won't ever visit this location again.

I've been to many Chipotle's and never had such a bad experience I've had to take my time to write a re review.
1. No greeting, no speaking, blank stares.
2. Was very confused on why they wrap the tacos the way they do all together in a big bundle with foil. I was dining in so when I opened the sac foil, it was a big salad dumbed. Will post a photo separately if it allows.
3. The food was over salted specifically the rice and beans. The rice had too much lime as it was sour.
4. It is dirty. Trash cans were overfilled. Tables unclean.

The queso is disgusting I know something is different got a steak bowl for $22 dollars with one flour tortilla and steak wasn't seasoned.Cutting corners isn't good for my money.

$13 for burrito bowl- Here, they make it 90% rice, hardly any chicken and I was given maybe half scoop of guacamole. No value for the cost. I will not return to this location.

Standing here waiting for help with about 4 employees joking and hanging around not acknowledging my two kids and I, this is the worst location and it’s my first visit , will not return to this location .

Staff is inept and they don't know how to give credit card receipts. Unprofessional rude woman manager said she doesn't know how to give a cc receipt and then couldn't redeem the reward on their end. So I patiently waited a half hour for them to reboot their computer. When it turned back on I paid and kindly asked for my receipt. There was a long line of people behind me and she had the audacity to ask me to wait so she could take care of everyone behind me. After watching her keep taking payments, I asked her if I had to wait until the line ended. She rudely without even looking at me or apologizing handed me my receipt. Apparently she did know how to give a credit card receipt, she just didnt want to give me one. It's unbelievable how something so simple can be so difficult.

This location is just consistently bad. Service is always poor, rude staff, long lines as they are so slow and incapable of following customer requests and filling orders. Dining in, tables are all dirty, they will always be out of forks or lids or napkins or certain drinks and the staff is extremely rude when asked to refill. It always seems you are getting the scraps when ordering any type of meat as it is mostly crispy, overcooked pieces and grizzle. My time is too valuable to waste coming back here.

When there after work.. there are bunch of teen to adolescents working there . They seem disorganized and didn’t show any zeal. I was served really cold food and like a meal for a baby. The portion was so small in each bowl. It wasn’t fresh either. I was quite displeased. Experience very underwhelming

The absolute worst chipotle I have ever been to. The workers behind the line do not understand basic English, serve very little (and get an attitude when you ask for more), and the food was EXTREMELY salty.

I went here today to get lunch…before I could order I ended up just walking out. After observing an employee handle food with the same gloves she used to ring people out at the cashier register…passing things back and forth to customers…she also came from behind the register to stock up on forks or napkins. She then proceeded to go back to making bowels for customers without washing her hands and changing her gloves. That is so disgusting…you guys really need to do better…would you like someone to handle your food with unwashed hands or with gloves they have been wearing their entire shift?
