Made a reservation on the phone a week ago, called again to confirm it beforehand. Was able to also confirm the reservation on Open Table, too. Came to see that it was closed and going to be closed for months. Just wanted to post this so nobody else wastes their time trying to go here. Wish they had consideration for customers and updated their Google profile and OpenTable as well. Poor customer service…

Pretty location , friendlyish staff .. host slouched over stand … no smiling … did not feel welcomed . Bartender and server however was really kind . Location seems new so I’ll be kind however they were SUPER unorganized and an understaffed . Bringing the wrong meat multiple of times . If you’re new to kbbq sure maybe this is great but if you have been to kbbq before and know how it operates this place was 2.5 out of 5 stars .

Service was really great and the robot kitten was fun too! Great value for money and the Bulgogi taste like candy beef so delicious. Wife was super happy with the variety of the sides and appetizers. Hot Apps and sides were included will be back!

The service was top-notch—our server, Ziri, was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The place was really clean and had a nice vibe to it.

The menu had a lot of great options, but the galbi, Hawaiian bacon, and octopus were all fantastic. They offered a variety of appetizers and sides really added to the meal. Definitely a solid spot for some KBBQ.

Went for lunch and enjoyed the variety of chicken and shrimp meat options as well as appetizers like the honey wings and spring rolls. However, the korean sweet and spicy chicken came undercooked and the meat kept sticking to the hot plate which got charred much quicker than other similar restaurants. Overall a positive experience and would revisit but did have some things to note.

Had dinner here this evening. Food was excellent. Highly recommend the Chow Won Steak, Garlic Chicken, and Shrimp.

We had Matt as a server. He made our evening.

Went to Chow Won Korean Steakhouse for lunch with my parents. The staff were very kind and helpful during our time there helping assist us when cooking making sure our meal was cooked well. The seafood pancake is a must for an appetizer. Besides the usual steak, chicken, shrimp and pork, octopus is offered as well. Overall a good experience.

The restaurant itself is spacious and nice but in general the food was incredibly mid. Despite trying a variety of the sides, most other than the basic radish were not very good. We tried ordering meats of each variety and ended the night only finding one type which we enjoyed. Our waiter seemed to be trying their best but we still had to wait upwards of 5 minutes for service and we had lots of times waiting in between meats. The grill also consistently would burn, even on our first meat (brisket). We had the temperature lowered and even with other meats, they very quickly burned which was different from experiences at other kbbq restaurants both in America and Korea. Honestly considering the price, I was disappointed by the quality and will not be returning.

Meat quality were GREAT. Love the wagyu selection and server was very attentive. Wish there was a gochujang dressing for the salad or something… But got complimentary dessert (ice cream or fruit) after. And the best part was that I didn’t even smell like BBQ after ?
