I will honestly never go back or recommend. The manager Mole is not welcoming or accommodating . The place is sticky, smells awful and not clean. For this to be kids place you would think the team that works there is kid friendly. Everyone that work there seem as if they do not want to be at work. The pizzas do not taste the same, food orders are unattended and anyone can mess with your food. pricing is not worth it for the overall experience. I certainly do not recommend this location

My son was gifted their membership for 2 months of play- we weren’t greeted by anyone by the front, actually ignored by multiple people because we weren’t there for a party. Therefore we had no service or ability to know that the front needed to reload our card each time. So we drove all the way there to find out that we had to purchase time to play even though someone had already paid for the membership. By the time someone offered to communicate with us at all- I had already spent $22. They said to show my bank statement to the manager and he instantly was incredibly rude, took no accountability for his team members not being attentive or even acknowledging us prior to entering and just said he refused to refund the money we just spent. A lot of the games didn’t work and took your points/time without letting you play. All around I feel bad for my dad who spent money on this membership for him and we likely will not be back due to the lack of service and honestly awful smell throughout the entire facility. So disappointed in the service here.

The 5 star service is ONLY BC OF TWO EMPLOYEES WHITNEY AND JAMIE! They went above and beyond! The manager Derrick is absolutely AWFUL!!!! Our party was booked at 10 am, (only time they had open) I have never been to any of these let alone booked a party there! WONT DO IT AGAIN. I did not know outside food could be brought in as no one contacted me prior! So once I realized it I ordered a cake from Them, (should have just went and got one elsewhere). We ordered pizza at 10:53 bc ppl in our party was hungry. So we ordered the #5 deal. Two large pizza with a cookie cake I guess how to say it.. we was asked which cookie cake we wanted )chocolate chip Or slime) we chose slime bc of course the kids.. when ordered was brought to us LOL, we got the cake wayyyy before anything else. At 11:45 ONE pizza came out, and a chocolate cookie. Once I realized it I said hey this isn’t right Mr wanna be manager comes over and says oh that was a promotion for Halloween, I said ok if that’s true why was i asked which I wanted, I mean you was standing right there beside her when she asked me.. Mr Derrick gives an excuse of “I didn’t hear her” okay fine. (I went to the kitchen window on three different occasions only to be told it will be a few mins , they are workin on it) so, the party was only till 12, one pizza was brought out at 11:45 the other never made it out to us! I find Whitney bc we loved her and she said oh no you didn’t get it did you? I said no mam, she said i noticed that.. let me go talk to the manager. He proceeded to tell her “they can wait, I’m busy” he comes out about ten mins later and wanted to question me as if it was a lie!! EXCUSE ME WE PAID GOOD MONEY TO HAVE A PARTY HERE THE FOOD WAS EXTRA NOT INCLUDED INTO THE CHOSEN BDAY PACKAGE WE GOT! So, don’t come out here and argue with me when you see we didn’t get it! Now , he gave us a pizza bc even he noticed we had been waitin a long time! So if you know this, acknowledged the “long wait” why would you question when I tell You we never received something that was paid for???? So I learned NOT to have a party here on the first time ever! But I will shout out WHITNEY WHO WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! She is amazing and one hella good BDAY HOST! She knows her stuff, and does great with the littlest! And Jamie she was sooo sweet and even knew it wasn’t a great time!
Overall, the bday baby and his friends had a great time!

My ratings are based on category. This is not a five-star restaurant. But for CEC. It's a good one. Larger and cleaner than most we take our children. Pizza was hot and good for what it is. Wings are average. Games are fun, and watching my daughter have a blast playing and cutting loose is worth the madness. ? I get into some of the games with my kids, so it's a fun time.

The last time I took my oldest son to this location we had a blast. (At least 5 years back) I took my two younger children tonight and was very disappointed. It was nothing but one game machine after another. No play area like it used to be, no ball pit, no tunnels to climb through like seriously nothing. The trampoline area was very small and crowded ($12) extra we spent over $70 for 1 hour of play time for two children, and the majority of the games were too advanced for my toddlers. They couldn’t even reach them to play. The salad bar was not even worth ordering and the customer service was very minimal. The boo spectacul that was advertised was non existent. I’m so glad I did not purchase the play pass because we will not be back. Seems like it changed from a fun playful atmosphere for the children to straight up swiping cards and spending money.
