Cinnabon (North Point Mall location in Alpharetta, GA)
Okay, so I love Cinnabon! It used to be one of my favorite spots to go with my mom before she passed. I used to love walking in the mall and being greeted by the smell of this warm tasty treat. Thinking about Cinnabon brings back so many happy memories of my mom. It was one of her favorite treats, and mine. 🥰
This being said, while on vacation with my family, I had a taste for some and decided to purchase a few. The closest location along our route home was in North Point Mall. Now, I read the reviews prior to going here but since I've never been to a Cinnabon location that was bad, I wanted to give this location the benefit of doubt. (Plus I haven't had a cinnabon in years and since my family and I were on our last day of vacation, I thought it would be a nice treat.) 😜
Well..., I should have heeded the reviews. 😕 The customer service was terrible unfortunately. The young lady who took my order made no eye contact, did not speak when I greeted her, and was very dry in her demeanor - which made me feel like I was inconveniecing her. The cinnabons I received were VERY DRY, tough, and tasteless. There was hardly no icing on them and part of one of them stuck to the bottom of the tray she lifted it up to put it in the box for me. And instead of offering another one, she still gave me that roll.
I also ordered a Chillata (another treat my mom and I enjoyed) which I noticed she made wrong. She didn'tadd the strawberry swirl so it ended up a bit tasteless and watery. This was not exactly what I had in mind when I was craving this treat. I'm so glad I opted out of purchasing the 6 pack box of cinnabons. I feel like I wasted money and should have chosen another location altogether. Perhaps I would have enjoyed my treat more instead of throwing the dry rolls in the trash. Total waste of money.
I really hate that my experience was so lackluster and a disappointment because I love Cinnabon. Oh well.
My Google review warning to anyone considering purchasing from this location, be advised: Please Go Elsewhere to a different location altogether. You may not get what you pay for or expect if you choose the North Point Mall location in Alpharetta, GA.
Advice: Prehaps the regional managers really should take a closer look into this location and heed the customer reviews. This location was definitely a disappointment for us and a total waste of money. Will not revisit or purchase from here again.

We were at the mall 10 minutes to 11am. We stopped by the cinnabon counter and we're looking at the menu. A worker was setting up. He shouted at us we don't open until 11. Totally rude.

The cinnamon rolls were hard as a rock and were probably a day old. The customer service is atrocious. The cashier made it very clear. She did not want to be there and she did not want to be helping me had a nasty look on her face the entire time and couldn't even say hello or thank you. Very disappointing.

Please beware, the Cinnabon rolls don’t taste fresh, they taste old even when they are supposed to be the “fresh ones out of the oven”. The dough must be old. Even with a stuffy nose, I can taste that it’s totally fallen off from what it used to be.

I'm shocked by this attitude! The Cinnabon employees at this place disappointed me! They close at 7 pm, I was in really hurry to this location, came at 6.45. When I approached the counter, they counted the proceeds, rudely answering me that they would not sell me anything. I believe that if you work until 7 pm, then you must serve your client until 6.59 pm! I love Cinnabon, but I will never come to this place again because of the staff.

Very bad. Had to drive an hour and a half for getting a Cinnabon for them to tell me that they are closed at 7:10 when the closing time is 8. Never come here.
