I had to get home very quickly and was told to wait for my shake. I asked for a refund because I was in a rush but Ms.Jennie told me to wait. So I was scared waiting but 45 secs later she comes out with my amazing shake and with a refund. Thank you Ms,Jennie, your small deed made my night!

These people, what is it with these restaurants renaming the sizes of their drinks, expecting me to know their sizes. It's well defined in the English language what words are used for the 3 different available sizes typically found at a restaurant. But, no it can't be that simple, here when you order large they give you medium, when I told the drive thru operator that I wanted the largest, he said this is the large, that is what we call it. I can't help it if this restaurant is wrong, but I wont be argued with and told what I wanted. They can keep their food and drink. They can't do math, they can't speak common English, and want to argue about how you are wrong. Fine you win, keep your damn medium and your food, I'll give my money to a restaurant whose employees and operators aren't so ignorant.

Food is always good enough. Not the greatest though. The new guy put 2 milkshakes on my order instead of just 1 and I didnt realize until I paid. You also can barely hear anything from the speaker.
As a North Carolinian, I ubered to this cookout that claims they are open until 3am, and they wouldn't let us in the door. Furthest thing from an actual Cookout experience I have ever had. Should be more clear that they are drive thru only after a certain time, as there isn't even a walkup window. What ashame.

Loved it! Where else do you get two sides with a hamburger...like a chicken wrap, quesadilla, or cheese bites? Cheese bites are so good. And the milk shakes are incredible! If you get the peanut butter shake you better have some pucker power!

Jonathan was courteous And the fool was delicious so the wait was worth it! I got the Cajun chicken with onion rings and fries! Good stuff!
Service has deteriorated during the last 5 months. I asked for a well done but it wasn’t, charged for 2 fries but only ordered 1, fries /okra too salty.
Super friendly, fast and their food is always fresh and as ordered! Best fried okra and onion rings in Georgia!

Very friendly staff. Food was really tasty and freshly prepared. Only reason it is not a 5 star review is that I asked for mustard on my burger and got home to find ketchup instead (I hate tomatoes), so had to toss the top bun and onions. Cheese curds were Very Good!!
