Tire service is too slow and they don’t know how to prioritize customers

I don’t recommend for the optical department. I’m surprised costco tolerates the office staff and the “optometrist”. I tried to get an issue resolved and dr Sadelmann got rude with me. All she could say was “this just doesn’t make sense. Louder and louder every time she would say it. Reputable Dr’s make a living by understanding. That’s what they train for!! I see the reason why their rating is so low. Please check the reviews it’s 3.7!!!!

Today, I went to this Costco and ordered a pizza before I went to shop. After I finished shopping I pick up the pizza. When I open the pizza box I saw a pizza has a foot step on. They gave me a pizza someone stepped on it.
I took a picture of the pizza and showed it to a floor manager then he just said sorry and gave me a refund, that was it. I felt like he didn’t want to do any further action to correct this issue. This place sucks!!!

Pay close attention to the Google 'warning' of "crazy-busy"... good Costcos attract a crowd -- especially the ones with Liquor stores.

Can't say enough good things about this place! From the beginning of the pandemic they have been on it! Carts sanitized, social distancing and efficiently getting customers in and out while staff is courteous and helpful! Glad to shop here every week!
Excellent service from the tire department! Also, appreciated the care taken to observe the 6 feet social distancing order and the friendly customer service of the employees during this chaotic and trying time!

Very appreciative customer service! The two gentlemen (I believe they were Gustav and Miv?) who checked us out took extra special care to bag our meat that was extra bloody and box it up so it wouldn’t go all over the car. By no means was I expecting any of this and very much appreciate their kindness and help.
