Craft Worker truly impressed me! Even though I’m not a burger person, the burger i ate was incredibly flavorful.

The service was just as remarkable—friendly, attentive, and perfectly timed. The staff made us feel right at home, answering all our questions and offering great recommendations tailored to our preferences. It’s rare to find a spot where both food and service excel, but Craft Worker delivered on both fronts.

The warm, inviting atmosphere and attention to detail made the experience even more enjoyable. I’m already looking forward to my next visit and highly recommend it to anyone seeking some good burger and Korean fried chicken! In addition they offer halal meat options.

I went here twice in two weeks - really good, super clean and amazing food options with different flavors. My family loved the burgers and I tried the chicken strips. Really high quality and I can’t wait to be back

Favorite burgers around. Pair a burger or a chicken sandwich with truffle fries, and you have a culinary experience for less than $20. Don't skip the tea. Tastes like actual tea and not flavored, syrupy water. Service is at the counter and dropped off at your table. Nothing fancy, just efficient. Nothing much to speak of for seating. It's voluminous and uncomfortable, but there is a sink by the fountain drinks to wash your hands.

The person who attended today was extremely RUDE!
Unprofessional and unhelpful.
In front of my mistreatment of a lady who came to pick up an UBER service. Refusing to serve the drinks that the order included. The lady claimed that this is not his job and he replied, well, DO NOT take him, that he would not serve them.

People like these ruin the image and service of this prestigious burger chain.

He is an abuser!

The foods are good and they have halal option which is awesome. But l don’t like the attitude here. Whenever l go there, cashiers are rude. Today we were at the front to order and l said ‘Hi’, she was watching the TV on the wall, l thought she didn’t hear me and said twice, then realized actually she heard me but just didn’t care. She was really cold person, at least she can say Hi or Welcome or smile etc. If you are not happy with your work, just don’t work. The only reason l come here is halal option

I have heard so many good reviews about craft burger and I finally had the chance to try it out. The price was high but I had no problem as I’ve heard great things. However, when I asked for a build your own with a beef patty and a grilled chicken patty. My burger that I have longed to try only had chicken. No beef patty as originally ordered. I also asked for the buffalo fries without blue cheese (allergy), and the fries were covered in blue cheese!! 25$ for this incorrect order?! I am livid!!! I should’ve opened the order before leaving the store but that’s what I get for giving them the benefit of doubt. I don’t recommend this spot if you’re dying for a burger since it could come out wrong and you’d be wasting over 20$

Good burger and loved the fries. The atmosphere is awesome inside. Veggie patties could have been better. It felt like the one from Costco morning star brand. The burger was still good. Good for a quick bite.

i stopped in because a nice guy dropped off some coupons at the Verizon store I work at and he was the real reason I tried it. I am happy I did! CLEAN, respectful, patient, friendly staff & atmosphere. burger is HUGE & delicious. sweet potato fries were nice and crispy try the sauces they are really good. i will eat there for lunch anytime. The young lady who helped me make my decision was great. Check them out! (there were more fries i promise i just ate them all on the way back to work ??)

This is my favorite burger in the Alpharetta area. The menu is huge, and every unique burger I've had is really good. I also like the sink by the drinks- very convenient to wash your hands.I will say, I prefer the Old Milton location as they do free soft serve ice cream there.
