I try to come to Cutters at least once a month and each time, my experience gets better and better. Roger and April served us tonight and their knowledge on cigars and bourbon was top notch. This place is the best cigar lounge in the Atlanta area and I always try to tell friends and coworkers to go there. The selection of cigars here is astounding and they always help us find a perfect smoke. Do yourself a favor and check this place out!

Full disclosure, im not a cigar guy. But our club meets here usually once every couple months. Its well ventilated, beautifully decorated, and employees knowledgeable. Will definitely be back and would recommend.

Great cigars and great bar but buying cigars by the singles can get a little pricey 😂. Although there’s nothing quite like a good latte and a nice puff

My husband's favorite cigar lounge, and I get to tag along sometimes! Great bar, fabulous humidor, and wonderful staff and owners. The photos and lockers give it a fun atmosphere and it is kept very clean.

Swung by here on vacation and loved it, the vibe is relaxing yet upscale. The owner is friendly and knowledgable, had decent conversations with the other customers who are very friendly.

The humidor is HUGE and very well stocked, will most certainly return when I find myself in Alpharetta.

Rude folks. Not very welcoming

I’m not a cigar person, but Cutters is the kind of place that makes you appreciate the entire atmosphere. It’s less about smoking and more about the aesthetic and the communal experience.

The vibe feels like a true gentlemen’s social setting—sharp, relaxed, and welcoming. The bar is well-stocked, the seating is comfortable, and the humidor room is absolutely killer. Even if you’re just there for the company, it’s the kind of spot that encourages conversation and connection.

Relaxing, stylish, and one of the better lounges in the area.

Note: As with any cigar lounge, if you deal with high blood pressure or other health concerns, keep in mind the environment may not be for everyday visits.

Very clean, good drinks & customer service. I really appreciated the live performance as well. 4 stars out of 5 only because I did try any their cigars yet. I will definitely update when I do & will be back in the future & definitely recommend this place.

What a great spot in Alpharetta! A full bar, large fully stocked humidor, and amazing coffee! This place is large and well staffed. The seats are all comfortable and the staff is obviously professionally trained in the customer experience.

Great place to relax and meet up with the fellas. Owners are friendly and personal. Waitress Cayla, and Lacayla are always pleasant and attentive…

Great place with a very good selection of Cigars!

This was my 4th time patronizing. The first 3 times were great. Good service, drinks and atmosphere. Today was not great. Initially my service from Kayla was fine. I knew there were only 2 waitresses so the lack of follow up was understandable. Heather was pleasant and consistent the whole night. However midway through I was on the patio with a friend (her first time) and a gentleman who was a regular. Kayla had an obvious negative attitude towards him that was felt by all of us. I’m not sure if she and the gentleman had previous issues but her disdain towards him was very noticeable. I did not witness anything that would excuse her rudeness towards him and subsequently us. But she was very short with him, rolled her eyes at simple requests and even (gently but noticeably) slammed one of his drinks down. Her body language and facial expressions were extremely negative and passed on to us. At one point she even mumbled as she was walking off ‘I don’t know what the problem is’. There was no problem that I noticed. Even if she felt this way, I don’t think that was appropriate or necessary. We were pleasant and thanked her for all service given etc. This gentleman spent $160 for drinks and I believe he tipped on top of that despite the negative treatment. He also spent another $60 in the humidor. I spent $60 including a 20% tip for her and my friend spent another $20 or so with an additional 20% tip. The experienced was just unnecessarily off putting. The place wasn’t packed and I’d think the money we spent would have been appreciated. Again I witnessed nothing that warranted the negativity. I’ve worked in a similar setting and would never have represented such a nice establishment in this negative manner. Although this may not deter me from coming back because I’ve had better experiences previously, I hope Kayla can figure out how to have better customer service to patrons who are willing and able to spend good money and tip well despite lackluster service.
