Holy cow this place is gross. Hot, messy, sketchy pricing. Horrific quality. Day old bread etc. Hellen Keller could do better. My pants stuck to the seat and it sounded like Velcro when I got up. Gross!!!

Boycott this place. This place is running a scam and fraud on prices and food quality. When we walked in to place an order, the prices were completely off what was shown on their 4 TVs and the person asked us to go by the paper menu. When we placed the order and the receipt came the prices were completely different from the paper menu as well. The bagel was $5.99 on paper but we were charged $9.00 for it. They charged us for bagel and cheese separately aside from the $5.99 price which was basically for egg. They charged us $10 bucks for 2 hash browns. The quality of the food was extremely low and you can tell it was pre-heated in the microwave oven and was purchased from a low quality vendor or grocery store.
Never again we will be visiting this place. Stop scamming people.

If you have ever had a bagel in NY you’re better off going to Einsteins. If you have only had bagels in GA then it’s fine and will do the job. Nothing special. Expensive

We were looking for a good bagel location as our favorite one has been closed recently. We stopped in Manhattan NY Deli & Bagels for lunch and this was our experience. The location is a bit tough to get into, there’s no entrance from the main road it’s on so you have to actually turn in like you’re going to the next door bank and then wind around the parking lot to get to it. They have a broad menu of options such as sandwiches, gyros, soups, wraps and the like. We specifically went for the bagels which are advertised as never being more than 1 hour old. We ordered a ham egg and cheese on an everything bagel, then two additional bagels with butter and cream cheese, and a side of grits.
If we’re being honest, the food was middling at best. The bagels are not large (think Einstein Bros size) and were not dense and chewy like a NY bagel should be. In reality, the flavor and texture as akin to what you’d find a supermarket bakery, so this was a disappointment. The sandwich was not overly stuffed either, it looked to be 1 egg with one slice of cheese and one slice of ham about ⅛ inch thick. The butter and cream cheese that came with the bagels were in small 2 oz containers, and it was a whipped butter so half of that was air (and there was a 40 cent upcharge for it). The cream cheese had been obviously cut with milk, it was very loose and didn’t have much flavor. The grits were average, they needed more seasoning and they didn’t come with any butter so that would have been an additional cost.
While the food wasn’t horrible, it was disappointing. However, our biggest complaint is that both the printed menu and the digital menu board above the register listed significantly lower prices than what we were charged. The grits were listed as $2.99 and we were charged $4.95. The bagels were listed at 1.99 and we were charged 2.99 plus the upcharge for butter. The sandwich was listed at 4.99 and we were charged 5.99 plus additional for the ham and cheese, so final price was $8. I noticed all this after we had sat down and I started looking at the receipt. When I asked the clerk at the counter, she said “Oh yes the manager changed the prices in the register but not on the menus” as if that was a suitable explanation. I relayed that I thought this was very poor business practice and she just looked at me. I wasn’t going to argue for a refund even though that would have been the right way to handle it, but we just vowed to never return to this location.

Upon entering NY Deli & Bagels, I was struck by the impeccable cleanliness and exceptional customer service, which underscored the freshness and quality of every item, particularly the scrumptious bagels and rich cream cheese.

We were there today morning and ordered 3 Bagels and 4 hash browns and was docked $30. The rates on the menu board was not the same on the receipt (almost double) and the person at the counter conveniently said the prices have not been updated on the electronic menu board. I had my 11 year old daughter with me and didn’t want to create a scene. Bagels and hash browns were sad given the price. Not a place to enjoy your breakfast for sure.
Update: Food quality has gone down. Ordered the Italian sub bread and meat was old and hard with no flavor. Bagels used to be good but seemed stale on my last couple of visits.
Previous Review: Fresh food. Great Service and Reasonable Prices. Waldorf Sandwich and Tomato Basil soup are my favorite lunch combo.

We ordered bagels from here for our company picnic. Brian called me the day before to confirm the order with me. He wanted to double check about the amount of cream cheese, and ended up giving me some extra. He was on time in the morning, friendly, even at 6:30am! The bagels were still hot, as they were baked fresh that morning. The only thing better than the bagels was the customer service. :)
