If you order double toppings in your blizzard they will surly charge you but only give you the “normal” amount. I’ve ordered triple toppings to try and get double and they still will up-charge you the triple and give you a single serving for add in.

The person at the drive-thru was very friendly. The order was correct and hot. The only problem was the bacon on my burger. Overall, the burger tasted good but when I bit into it I felt something hard and pulled it out. All the bacon looked old and was like biting into rubber. It was not hot and looked like it had been sitting in a warmer for days. It was flavorless also.

This location is immaculate. Always very clean and the staff very friendly with food and ice cream very nicely prepared. They have been very accommodating in making changes to ice cream toppings.

Great spot. Clean, quick and friendly staff

I visited this location today and I had mixed reviews. It took a while for someone to acknowledge me at the drive thru so I assumed this location was closed and there was one car in the parking lot. I ordered a banana split and the ice cream was poorly made, there was a small spoonful of topping, I was barely able to see the pineapple (it was a very small amount) and 5 walnuts sprinkled in one area of the ice cream. It wasn’t the best experience, but the team was very nice, so I’ll definitely visit again, I’m only hoping for more toppings.

Sorry but your night shift is terrible. Ten minutes standing around before someone approached the front desk. Fifteen total minutes for a mini blizzard and a soda.

Philip and the Ms. El during lunch time are awesome! Always super friendly knowledgeable and willing to help.
Unfortunately, when it comes to the evening shift, it is miserable. They are doing you a favor to attend to you, if they even know how. Today they didn't know to answer half of my simple questions, and in the end ended up overcharging me because they didn't know how to ring it up correctly. Also had no interest in helping me take a cake to my car with a kid in one hand and other food bought there in the other hand. And that is not to even talking about the kid at the counter sitting on the counter itself when I walked in with his earphones in and back to the customers walking in. Me and other employees had to yell so he would notice I was waiting to order. Hopefully they get their stuff together soon and get more people like Philip to work there the evening shift, or I am sure they will start loosing business like that soon.

The people inside are very sweet. I was met by Phillip at the register and Ms. El with lovely attitudes and service. It felt like a family environment where it’s a happy experience for the customers and employees. I ordered the double burger #5 and the meat was very fresh and delicious. ???
