The workers were great but the owner is too cheap to fix the machines that create the ice cream. Its summer, get your machine fixed. Based on the other comments the machines have been broken for a year. They should sell the place to someone who cares.

Everything is cool at this location. The staff is friendly, the food is pretty fresh, it's clean. But good lord, it's hot. Like so hot I'm taking 2 stars off.

[updated] Went back there after months only to be treated with 20% price hike and thawed ice cream! The place was empty. I later realized that they served me a product that was probably expired!!!

[original] Forced to pay tips. In the past, I have tipped them, but this guy stuck the CC machine out and asked to add tips. There’s a way to do it with courtesy, but this Indian guy had no etiquette.

Waited behind only one person in line and it took them over 10 minutes to just take my order, with an attitude the whole time. Helped someone else for an order pickup who came in after me before they would help me. Definitely under filled the ice cream

Please, for the love of all that is holy, teach children basic math and common sense before putting them in charge of the drive-thru. The total was $14.42. I handed the young girl a $20. I then quickly said, "and I might have the 42 cents." She said, "I've already put it in" [she had entered the currency into the register and the drawer had opened and told her how much change].
If I hand you $20.42 and the total I owe is $14.42, we are dealing with grade school level basic subtraction.
I replied, "yes, but you can do the math." She looked at me blankly, so I told her the math: "It's $14.42 and I gave you $20.42, so you owe me a flat 6 dollars."
She rolled her eyes. Then, proceeded to hand me back $6.58.
"No," I said. "I gave you $20.42. You just owe me $6." And I took only the bills. She was still confused when I left.
And... sure, maybe she's having a terrible day, week, month. And I'm sorry for that. I've had MANY of those. Not fun. But not once in any of my hard times in life did I forget how to do basic math after the age of, let's say 10. Put her on the fry station or give her a math lesson.
