I went to this Dave and Busters and was pleasantly surprised by how great it was. The staff was very nice.

Unfortunately some of my favorite games were having issues but Jeremy(game tech) really went above and beyond. He check out the machine to see if he could resolve the issue and then offered to walk with me to the counter to get credit for the game credits. I then had another issue at a different machine and went to find someone to help with the issue and again found Jeremy. He was able to resolve the issue and yet again! Just from watching these machines seem to be complicated with all the possibilities of what could go wrong but he truly opened it up like a mechanic and knew the exact problem! I used to come here all the time and have experienced so really unhelpful employees but this time Jeremy really seemed to go out of his way to try and help the customer!!! I would give 10 stars if I could!!!

This store is super awesome so glad we we decided to come. We made friends and they really take care us. Just honorable mention, shout out to these phenomenal employees Ann-Marie, (The Bartender), Ken (The Winner-Circle Technician), Charles (The Server) and Jeremy (The Game-Technician).

My kid wanted to go for her birthday and had a great time. The games worked as they should. She gained tickets and won prizes that made her heart happy.

Great food and plenty of fun games. Fabulous server (our receipt says AnnMarie not sure if that's her name). It was loud but that worked out perfectly for us since we have a wild 5 year old! We were celebrating my daughter's 21 birthday and this was the perfect place!

We had a great time at this location. Clean and family friendly.

Very welcoming crew! Went on vet day and had no issues. Food was good and what they advised they did in full! Will come back with my son!

I took my son and nephew here over the weekend. We had an absolute BLAST! What even made it better was they had 1/2 prices games that day. I would highly recommend downloading their mobile app before you go. There are perks and prizes within it that can help add to your experience (and never have to talk to any staff members as you can do everything from your phone if that’s your preference). Will be going again soon!

I came here for my sons birthday. We reserved a table, and were seated immediately. The purchase of the game cards was easy and I had someone helping me. Everything was clean and the server was excellent.
