In the food area, the waiters do not serve you, they see you in the place and do not come closer. I do not recommend this place.

Guy working behind the prize counter doesn't show any enthusiasm, especially when kids are thrilled to get a little prize. Then he becomes rude when the toy price that's advertised is not the one on the computer saying it's 1000 points for a ball that's marked 100 and 1500 for the item marked 50. He kept repeating that the computer is always right and not what's advertised on the shelves. I asked for a manager as he was being unreasonable to the point where he said he wasn't calling for one. Finally, a manager came, and his words were there is no way that cost 1000 it's max 100 and the sticky hand no way it's 1500 that's max 100 as well. He took us to the same register and scanned, and to everyone surprise they scanned properly. Come to find out, the prize cashier was scanning the wrong bar codes he had behind the counter.

Hosted my birthday party at Dave & Buster's, and it was fantastic! Kayla, our waitress, provided exceptional service, and Byron, the manager on duty, was equally fantastic. Shannon, the bartender, crafted delicious drinks, and Jackson, the game attendant, provided excellent assistance. Highly recommend!

I ended up here as the satisfactory ending to a quest to find some form of VR entertainment to enjoy with my daughter (9). Called ahead - yep they have it - let's roll! When we arrived, nobody was manning the front desk, so we thunder way over to the VR ride. There, we were told by the man at the controls that we needed "attraction points" on an arcade card in order to ride. He sent us to front desk. (When I told him no one was there, he suggested the bar.) We filled in the bartender about our quandary, and she said she would send someone over. After about 10 minutes, a young lady appeared and converted some money to the needed card and points.Comparatively, the ride was not expensive - about $6 per person. We chose the dragon adventure. It was a sit down ride that was fun and lasted about 12 minutes. Afterwards, we got the arcade to burn off the regular game tokens that we had to get as part of the bundle. I didn't mind this, because we had a good time and earned some tickets. All in all, a decent afternoon out. It would have been better if the service was more on-point.. (the VR guy looked mildly irked at having to put down his phone to do his job - reminiscent of the Simpsons comic book guy..)But the games themselves were fun.

I had an experience with Jeremy, James, and Ken. Ken greeted myself, wife , and my 5yr old with a smile and warm welcome. They were all very knowledgeable about the questions I had, and showed love and cared about our time. On a scale of 1-10, I give these guys a 12! Definitely recommended this D&B and will definitely be back!

This incident occurred on April 5, 2024. Upon entering the facility, we were not greeted. We walked to the host station to be seated and no one was available to seat us. Then, we proceeded to go back to the front desk, where one of the staff told us that he did not know where the hostess was and to ask at the bar. 10 minutes later, another staff came to let us know that she was helping the hostess seat guests, but we had to wait again. After an additional 5 minutes, the hostess came and sat us. After we were seated, the server did not come to the table for another 10 minutes. When the server (I believe her name started with a K, she had short wavy hair) did arrive, she didn’t not greet us or tell us her name. She just asked if we wanted anything to drink. We gave her the drink order, and we then attempted to give her our food order as well which was met with a nonchalant attitude. She did not acknowledge that she received the order we had given her, she just walked off. She then came back with our drinks, where she slammed them on the table and walked off. After that encounter, we left the table and went to talk to a manager. Upon talking to the manager (who also did not introduce herself), she did not seem interested in the problem we encountered and she appeared baffled at the idea of the situation occurring. She then proceeded to the tell us that she was “so sorry that happened” and that was all. We then decided to leave because the overall experience was horrible. To think that we were there to eat and have fun, I will never go to Dave and Busters again.

Loved the Dave and Busters, one of the employees (Jeremy) was very friendly and showed us a game we hadn’t seen here before and did a good job explaining how it worked. Would definitely come here again.
