I placed an online order for Giant Potatoes and I get a call from Dickey's moment later stating that they don't do Bakers. They will have to give my money back. Why is it online for it to be ordered? I am upset and confused about that. It doesn't make sense. The person on the phone didn't sound too apologetic. I will never order from Dickey's.

LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS! 3 of the 6 pieces of "Texas toast" were not even toasted and they're actually soggy! and 1 is an end piece!! seriously?! plus it's not even Texas toast, just plain white bread! The meat is DRY, more fat and grizzle than actual meat. The coleslaw is not fresh, definitely going sour. My 8 year old could cook better BBQ than this. THE WORST bbq I've EVER had in my life and I can't even get a refund. This place should be out of business.

I don’t know how everyone rates such smallportion in photo for two meat plate. But I cannot rate more than 2 stars for a $19 dish. Brisket was dry and they missed chop/slice. I have to say that there are quite a few good bbq places around. It’s not worthy considering here at all!

I walked in and walked right out. Looks dirty and unwelcoming. I will try a different bbq place. Sign outside is burnt out and looks like a ghost town.

Tried this restaurant in the Seattle area this past summer and loved it. The one here in Alpharetta, not so much. The place was dark and unwelcoming. And with the exception of the loaded nacho sausage, the food, especially the cole slaw, was dry and just below

I tried the brisket and it was tender, juicy and delicious. The fried okra was hot fresh and tasty! The crew was welcoming and hospitable.

This place is fantastic for sure! The food is definitely 10/10, and this location is very calm and relaxing it made eating inside a great experience. The Dickeys employees being so kind and patient was amazing making the experience 10/10 will definitely be back.
