This is the worst pizza place I have ever ordered from. They consistently mess up my order. Their actual delivery status and app tracker do not match. They take a lot of time to answer phone calls . They not only delay orders but also mess up and redo them after you are in the store to pick up. Stay away from this place and look for other pizza places if you want to have a peaceful experience and enjoy your pizza.

I waited 90 minutes for my pizza. Arrived cold and stale. Driver showed up to the wrong location as well. My roommate called twice and was on hold for 8 min+ each time without ever talking to someone. I called and was on hold for over 12 min after receiving two cold/stale large pizzas. No one ever picked up. I want a refund but cant reach anyone to get one lmao. Save your money and go to another pizza place who doesn't waste your time and money.

They are a poorly managed operation. An order for delivery will sit for hours before they get around to delivering it. When you call to talk to a human they have an AI system and if you insist on a human it hangs up on you after being on hold for several minutes. I used to love Dominos but now they are the worst. I can’t cancel my order that I have been waiting 2 hours for and it still hasn’t left the store.

I’ve ordered here 4 times back to back weeks hoping it would be better. There’s NO REASON why it takes 1.5 to get my food. I don’t want anymore free pizza “making it right” when the same thing happens 4 times in a row. And then the food shows up COLD. Can you guys guess what I’m doing right now ? This store or Dominos suck !! The never deliver your food , never prepare it properly and Never take feedback !! I am giving 1 star because is I cannot go below that. Seriously guys if you cannot deliver quality food and home delivery service . You better close it down!!

This place was rude first. The app and the sign on the screen said my order was ready. One guy was already taking care of me but this other guy behind the counter, that seemed stressed out, felt he had to take over and told me it’ll be 5-7. So I had one not so hot pizza and one less than warm. But the worse issue is that I have slices that are missing toppings! How can you send orders out when you know there’s something missing. There have been orders I’ve placed before this where I was missing the garlic parm crust and I assumed there was dipping sauce inside the box when there wasn’t. I used to let it go because I could see they were slammed and overwhelmed, but I’m not excusing having someone rolling their eyes and blowing out a sigh like I got on his nerves. Ordered a pizza around 5:50pm. Called at 7:57pm, was told it was out for delivery. Called again at 8:28pm, was told the order was canceled. 2 stars because a manager talked to me. She said the delivery driver couldn't find me, but this is a major apt complex, I gave delivery instructions, and even left a big sign on the porch for the delivery driver. NO ONE EVER CALLED and I've been hungry for hours. Do not depend on this location.

Ordered on the weekend. The pizza tasted good. But the waiting time is longer than usual.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would most definitely do so. I place an order at 7:50 or so, waited until 9:30, got a notification that it had been delivered, however we were waiting at the door, saw the delivery driver pulled in and back up to leave. I called the store MULTIPLE times during this 2 hour span, and the person finally informs me that the delivery driver checked my order upon delivering it and noticed it was wrong. Instead of being notified, she just left! The store said they could remake it for me, and I never received my pizza! I called back and whomever was working kept placing me on hold and never getting back to me! My husband then drove to the store, and they kept saying that my order was delivered. He’s told them he wanted the money back and they told him to come back the next day!!!!! BTW, I spent over $50.00!!!!

Ordered a well done NY style and got a wet/soggy and half baked hand tossed. This is the second time facing the order accuracy issue and decided to address this in a call just to be put on hold for 10+ minutes and end the call. Not coming back again.
I particularly face this only during night orders at this location. Never had a problem during lunch or evening orders.

Only one person in the afternoon, got my pizza order wrong (only one topping to add) which i was just going to let go and eat it till i saw there was a hair on it! they were sorry about the topping but said nothing about the hair! like what if another employee opened it to check on it?!?

Wow, is all I really can say. If you want to wait almost 1.5 hours for a single pizza, which either won’t be what you ordered or will be made very poorly, then this would be the place to go. (We’ve given multiple chances, so it can’t be excused as an ‘off night’ anymore)
