I recently visited this Domino's location in Milton and unfortunately had a very negative experience. One of the employees I encountered displayed a truly appalling attitude, exhibiting a complete lack of respect and extreme rudeness. Their behavior was unprofessional and made me feel extremely uncomfortable.
This experience left me feeling unwelcome and discouraged from returning to this location. I sincerely hope that management addresses this issue and takes steps to improve customer service.
This is my husband and I's favorite food while we are watching a soccer game once a week and Adam has always been an incredible delivery man. He always gets to my community fast, was genuinely kind and the pizza was hot despite the temperature being 34 degrees. I also had a kind old man last week deliver my pizzas (:
For all the people complaining here and there: They are understaffed but typically get the pizza there very fast. If you order on a major holiday like Halloween or a peak time, then you know what you sign up for. Have some compassion for the few employees doing the best they can-its hard, nonstop work!

I've not had dominoes in years for this very reason. It's disappointing because I used to love them over all the other chains. It was a later order 10:45 delivery 2 miles away from the Even hotel; however the person who answered assured me the window when I would have to be down (as I figured it was rude to have someone deliver the pizza all the way to the hotel room) between 11:12-17. That said I stayed in the lobby and engaged with one the front staff waiting. We received a cold pizza at 11:57. That said I am going to assume this company only hires incompetent people. Never again

Ordered pizza with Garlic Parmesan Sauce. Tasted stale. I guess it's my mistake to order something that's out of the norm. But I expect sauces to be preserved in cool conditions. I bet it has temperature requirements and it's been out for a while.

Went in at 11pm. The lady working there was very sweet. Got a large 5 topping pizza. Was a little too oily than usual. Leftovers had cheese strings from the pull that had hardened so much, even without refrigeration overnight that I could make flossers out of them. So, cheese is probably not super good, but thats sorta expected at this price point.
Me and a couple friends came in 4 minutes before the Alpharetta location was supposed to close so not only did they stay open for us but also cooked our food perfection and were also super friendly about it. Thank you guys so much!!

One of the places I visit when our choice is Pizza. Not that there are no other places but these guys haven't gone wrong for me to try another. Not sure why but they forget to add the Buffaloe sauce every time I order that with my pizza and will need to check before picking up my order. Otherwise they are good.

Online order was supposed to be here in 30 minutes. At 40 min I called in and was given a poor excuse of they thought I pre ordered for 3 hours later. All over my confirmation email it said 30 minutes. But that's okay, they were just putting it in the oven now. I still haven't gotten it and I will be disputing my charge.
