i’ll never get why places charge so much for extra sauces but then don’t give them to you 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

For the second time, I place an order for delivery and after waiting an hour and a half, I see that it is still at the store. I called to cancel both times. If you can't deliver a pizza within an hour and a half of ordering - you shouldn't offer it. When I called, the person on the phone had an attitude and could care less. I won't use this Domino's again.

Shauna was amazing! She’s a new employee who handled my order by phone. It was only her third phone order ever and she handled it with grace and kindness. Whomever owns or manages this location should give her a commendation, a raise and a bonus. She’s a keeper. And no, I’ve never spoken to her before yesterday. Thanks Shauna!

I just ordered two large pizzas to feed 12 people while watching College Football. One was New York Style and the other was thin and crispy. I figured that it would be enough for everyone with the snacks I had out. But, the thin and crispy pizza is supposed to be square cut and they pie cut it into 6 pieces like the other pizza. That made one slice for each person. I called the store and the person that answered must have been the manager. I asked him why they pie cut it and he said I am training new people and they messed up. He said he was sorry about three times and that was it until I asked him is that all you can say. Then he said I can make you a new pizza after me questioning him. I don't have time to drive back to Dominos for their mistake. Pretty poor service and I told him that I would just leave a negative review instead of getting in the car to pick up another pizza. It's my fault, they didn't offer to show me the pizza before I left and I didn't bother to look until I got home. Poor management.

I had a fantastic experience at Domino's, thanks to Jacob, the manager. The pizza was delicious and perfectly cooked. Jacob is a smart, intelligent, and kind young man who truly cares about his customers. His excellent service and friendly demeanor made our visit memorable. Highly recommend! Daysha was so kind and really made my day! The entire staff is Also very generous including the store manager! My order was mixed up but Daysha made up for it! I love this dominoes over every o other location I have visited! Thank you for the customer service! And thank you for hiring a great staff without a bad Apple in the bunch! I’m very appreciative and I’ll always be back! ?

Food was great for Dominoes and the staff was very nice. HUGE issue with the dominoes deliver car someone insists on parking along the building. This car is a HUGE safety hazard for people driving around a corner, forced to go into the opposite lane to get around. PLEASE STOP PARKING ALONGSIDE THE BUILDING! There are MANY parking spaces mere steps away that won’t endanger everyone else driving thru the shopping center!

I ordered the New York style pizza and if this is a New York style pizza then I must be born in Alabama I've stayed away from this store and you know what this was the straw that broke the camel's back I will stick to marco's and other pizza places such a disappointment

Probably the best budget pizza place I can recommend after trying most of the other local chains. Garlic crust tastes great and the general bread texture is better than expected. You can get good deals/coupons every day of the week and using the app helps accumulate points towards a free pizza every so often.One of my go-to spots when I don't feel like prepping anything over the weekend to take into the office the coming week. Pickup process is quick and easy and the employees know what they're doing.

Difficult to believe that this store is still in business! It has been MORE than 2 hours since I ordered, and I still haven’t received my pizza (delivery). This is getting way beyond ridiculous. If they have this kind of staffing shortage, then the estimated delivery time should be mentioned up front. But accepting the order and then taking this long to deliver is essentially scamming the customer…there is no feature in the App to cancel the order online! The pizza finally arrived 3 hours after ordering, completely soggy and inedible - could not eat it and had to throw it away! Absolutely abysmal - blatant disregard for the customer!

Don’t order from this location. We ordered and it took 2 hours for the pizza to NOT show up. Had to go to the location for a refund. Either they are understaffed or don’t care, not sure which. Go to Santino’s and pick up. Better service and food, local.

Don’t try to contact them if your pizza shows up with no cheese, or just never even shows up despite the tracker saying it was delivered. You can’t reach them and the online complaint option only gives you a discount on your next order.
