I ordered the mini bagels from the drive thru and I was about to have one in the car until I looked and saw something weird on it. I looked closer and it seems like a dead fly baked with the bread. I completely lost my appetite. I don’t even know what to say but that is just disappointing.

Service and quality has definitely declined at this location. I repeated my order several times, because the teen worker wasn't listening. I ordered one scoop of ice cream in a bowl, chocolate rim with nuts. I received a very small bowl that hardly had a rim, no nuts, purple in color. Smallest amount of ice cream. $6.15 total. I asked why the bowl was purple, he said it's from Halloween. It is 11/16/24, why are you still serving stuff from Halloween? I just came here about a week ago and they didn't have these. Where did these come from? To top it all off, he straight handed me the bowl with no paper around it. A naked bowl. I have never seen any establishments not have paper on the bowls. I had to ask for it to be put in a paper bowl. Then he thought to hand me a stack of napkins. I have worked in customer service and I know that what is being done today is not it. I didn't say anything to the worker, because what is the point? Disappointing that's all.

Staff is almost always friendly when I get my morning coffee for work, very clean inside and quick with my order whether I’m inside or in the drive through. Honestly my favorite Dunkin I go to! If I didn’t live so far I would come here to sit down and do computer work but I’m only ever out this way for work. Wonderful staff and food!
Love the coffee. One of my friends got a stale muffin. Took donut once it's nice.
