Instead of wearing gloves like a normal drive-through employee, they treat you as if you have germs. It’s almost insulting the way they make it so obvious that they don’t want your hand to touch their hand. I hate how I was handed my stuff, & I will never go back to this Dunkin’ Donuts location. Lack of humility when you should simply have on gloves.

Also this location needs to check the sell by date on their items. They sold us 2 milk bottles and they both were expired….

I’m a big Dunkin’ fan, but this location leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to the drive-thru experience. They are terribly slow and don’t even apologize to customers for the wait, a simple thing to do.
On my latest trip, we ordered 4 breakfast sandwiches ahead of time on the mobile app. Despite ordering ahead and only 2 cars ahead of us, I still had to wait 15 minutes for my order by the time I got to the window. No apology from the staff. 3 of the 4 sandwiches were incorrect and we weren’t going back to get them fixed.
If you go here, stick to donuts or keep it simple, and expect a wait.

Worst Dunkin I’ve ever gone too. Gaslit us saying they gave us a drink that we were waiting on and gave major attitude when I said that my drink should have almond milk when it clearly was handed to me black. Tried to go in and ask to replace my drink because it tasted like swamp water and got ignored

Been here a few times and never had a good experience. Latest time, the store has locked up 20 minutes early, shut off the app ordering and didn’t answer at the drive thru. I pulled up to the window and the employee told me “we’re closed” even though the store closed at 9. Didn’t even try to take my order and just locked the window back up.

Stopped in here with my teen daughter to pick up some donuts. We took a couple minutes to figure out what we wanted and went to ask an employee to place our order. They were not friendly and told us that we had to use the kiosk, fine I’ve used them at many places. Here comes the problem, on the kiosk the donut flavors that were in the case that we wanted were NOT on the kiosk at all. We looked under every category. And I wasn’t even looking for something crazy, simple chocolate frosted donuts. They simply didn’t exist on the menu. When I tried to ask an employee again for help I was told just use the kiosk, they didn’t care that what I wanted was not in there. I wasn’t even looking not the only person to leave in frustration- another lady who came in behind me did as well. So we ended up at a different boutique donut shop. Lack of customer service is going to kill this business, kiosk or not.

With three employees behind the counter, we had to put our order in on a kiosk. Are employees now incapable of face to face service? Wont go back..plenty of other places availalabe!

Service here is TERRIBLE. The girl that grabbed our donuts just sat the bag on the counter without saying a word to me. There were several bags on the counter, my bag didn't have a sticker with my name or what donuts were inside the bag. There's tons of staff in there so she's not overworked, just pure lazy. The girl that made our drinks whispered my name like she was in a library.
The best staff out of the many Dunkin facilities I have been to! They are always fast, kind, and attentive and make me truly feel as if I matter as a customer. I will continue to choose this location over the other one nearby simply because the staff is incredible!

Excellent store! We have a large order on Sundays which is always ready. The manager does a great job of keeping the drive through going and serving customers inside.
Service is always good and happy with the food. For a quick indulgence, it's always fun to stop in!

I usually love this Dunkin’ because their morning staff makes very good quality drinks! However, an interaction I had with one of the night employees completely soured my opinion of this place. I tried to order at the drive thru, but sat there with no response for 5 mins. Eventually, I went inside to try and order and the one guy in there said they were closed. Even though the store sign/google said they weren’t closed for the next 40 mins. Everything in the store had been put away and the guy was on his phone and had AirPods in. He was rude and not doing his job. I implore Dunkin management to question how their stores are run at night.
