It took me some time to decide whether to leave this review, but here it is. In the early morning hours (around 6:00 a.m.), the staff is not very welcoming. When I pulled up to the intercom, the first thing I heard was, “How can I help?” I paused and said, “Good morning,” but received no response. When I pulled up to the window, I was also not met with a friendly face, which was disappointing.
Because of this, I now drive an extra seven minutes to the Highway 9 Dunkin’ in Milton, where the staff is consistently more welcoming. I hope customer service can be improved so I don’t have to go out of my way just to get coffee.
On a positive note, the service is fast, but friendliness and customer interaction definitely need improvement.

I was a regular until today. The attitude of some is really awful but also give you the worst products they can possibly have. Today I spent $20 on a drive thru order and I received a 50% less avocado toast. Why am I paying 5 bucks for this awful service of yours? I don’t know…I’m not coming back ever again.
And you reading this, save your money and time and go to another location.

Instead of wearing gloves like a normal drive-through employee, they treat you as if you have germs. It’s almost insulting the way they make it so obvious that they don’t want your hand to touch their hand. I hate how I was handed my stuff, & I will never go back to this Dunkin’ Donuts location. Lack of humility when you should simply have on gloves.

Also this location needs to check the sell by date on their items. They sold us 2 milk bottles and they both were expired….
