The atmosphere and the food were good except the service. Whenever I go here after my hair cut, through the drive through, there speakers are turned all the way down which makes it impossible to hear. It took forever to get my drink here today on 2/15/25. They took almost 30 min to serve a single drink. I am very upset with Dunkin and hoping to get better service.

I asked for a Large coffee and the cup wasn’t even full… I thought they added whip but nope nothing. The Turkey English muffin was cold but after warming it up; it was pretty good.

They didn't acknowledge me when I came in store. There were a couple of employees not busy at all, and I stood there for 5 minutes, and still no one said anything to me. I asked if someone could help me with my order, but still no urgency, so I decided to leave without anything. Decided to try a different location. Stay away from the old milton pkwy location in Alpharetta unless you want to be humiliated

This is possibly the worst DD I have seen. Came in to get a cup of coffee - waited for 10 mins for someone to show up and take the order. Couple of guys just walked around and didn’t even stop!! I left -whoever owns this place, get someone who actually wants to sell something !!!
