I made a order yesterday and today and this is the second time that I was charged for additional things that I wanted in my drink and it was not in my drink today I ordered a Matcha latte with white chocolate, cold foam and light ice and I received some sort of coffee and it has a label for what I ordered, but the drink is incorrect yesterday I ordered a Matcha latte and I was charged for all of the additional flavors, but it was not in my drink, this is absolutely ridiculous from yesterday and today I have paid $40 and my drink has been wrong several times. Secondly The wait time for the drive-through is absolutely ridiculous. I was in the line for nearly 15 minutes sitting there to get an incorrect order so you need to tell me that I was charged that additional five dollars in my drink is incorrect. My drink is barely full And it’s full of cold foam. Orde for today is #1336 at 7:15 AM
