I go here almost everyday, and order 2 bagels and 2 coffees, one bagel is never burnt , but every time I just order a cream cheese bagel it is ALWAYS burnt. today makes 7 burnt bagels. when I say burnt I don't mean lightly crispy, I'm talking so burnt you can't chew it.
