staff here needs to work on their attitude and the way they talk to people even if they are busy, especially the Indian lady priva or something like that. Won’t take your own cups too and will get mad at u for even bringing them in. Doesn't care about the environment I guess. Top it all off coffee and food came out way too fast and was watered down and not heated properly for the coffee.

I enjoy coming to this DD location at Hwy 9! My order is always correct, my coffee is the perfect temperature, and the staff is kind! Nimesh is doing a great job operating this location and I think it would be great if more DD operated with this level of consistency, efficiency, and accuracy. I have to go out of my way to get to this location, but it’s worth it! I’m so glad it’s in my neighborhood!!

We visit this Dunkin’ almost every other weekend (if not every weekend!), and it has become one of our family’s favorite breakfast spots. The store was recently renovated and looks great — clean, bright, and welcoming.
The owners and staff here are truly exceptional. Service is always fast, and everyone is friendly and ready to help. Once, I accidentally placed a pickup order for another location for a school event. I was worried about getting to the other store in time, but the owners immediately stepped in, fulfilled my order at a discounted price, and even offered to help if my online order didn’t get refunded. That really meant a lot.
They consistently check to make sure our drinks are made to our liking — and if not, they remake them with a smile and at no extra cost. We also love how well they treat the high school students who work there. I once saw them kindly reassure a young staff member who made a mistake, reminding them it’s all part of the learning process. It’s rare to see such care, patience, and encouragement.
Overall, we love coming here for the warm atmosphere, great people, and good food + drinks. This Dunkin’ isn’t just a coffee stop — it feels like a community space. Highly recommend!
How do you have someone working there that says they won’t make food and being rude to someone who placed a online order at 6:45 am for 7:50 and they won’t make your food especially when you take the money and then argue about it . Don’t order from here they are rude and disrespectful and corporate will be notified
