Solid Dunkin' establishment. Nimesh is the best. There are some very nice friendly people that work here. Dunkin', the company, is not without its weaknesses (syrup quality) but certainly has its strengths, like this fine establishment, the new Dunkalatte.

Great customer service! I wasnt even aware they messed up my drink. It still tasted good anyway lol. And the manager came up to me, owned up to the mistake, and offered to remake the drink or a free donut. The manager, Nimesh, also has a warm smile!

This Dunkin store is conveniently located at the corner of McFarland Rd and Highway 9. They offer nice hot and cold drinks. I enjoyed their iced blueberry donut coffee. There are many lemonade flavors for hot summer days.

I go here almost everyday. Today they didn't secure he lid on my XL Coffee and I was burned and the coffee ended up all over the interior of my car. When I called to complain the "Manager" said that I could come in for a refund. She didn't give a damn at all.
