Customer service horrible Please do not eat here they would do Something to your food if you complain about the order they messed up these are the type of people working here once again please don’t eat here I complained about my bacon egg and cheese being cold it came back hot and with 3 strings of long brown hair in it

I have never had such a consistently negative experience at any Dunkin’ until visiting this location. My concern isn’t about wanting exceptional customer service, I literally don’t care as long as I get my order how I like it. My issue here is about the refusal to accommodate basic customer requests to enjoy their food or drinks. The manager, in particular, makes visiting this store unpleasant. Each time I’ve asked for a simple modification to my drink, any sense of hospitality disappears. His behavior feels judgmental and unwelcoming when he refuses to change an ingredient in their drinks, this completely discourages me from wanting to return and I am sure many more people.
This is not just my experience, at least three people I know have dealt with the same hostility from this manager. At most other Dunkin’ locations, small requests are handled with no issue. If there’s an extra charge, it’s applied, and the customer gets what they asked for. At this location, however, the manager insists on serving drinks strictly “by the book,” and even a minor adjustment turns into an unnecessary argument.
When the manager is not present, the team is polite and provides much better service, which makes it clear where the problem lies. Unfortunately, this attitude is driving customers away, myself included.

went through the drive thru today, the girl taking my order had the BEST attitude! upbeat, polite, and sweet. made the experience so great! the coffee was perfect too!

I went in to this restaurant at 1:15 today. I was there door dashing, and when I walked in I did not see any orders ready on the pickup shelf. So I went to the pickup line to wait for my order. I observed 2 different employees neither of them looked at or even acknowledged me. I patiently waited another 10 minutes and noticed one of them on her phone not looking up at all. The other girl was actually making the coffee I was supposed to pickup and still did not even look up or ask me if I was there to pick up an order. She then walked over to the pickup shelf and placed the coffee on it, I took the coffee and walked out very disappointed. You have to do better than this, please do not treat customers this way or ignore them. Unfortunately you have earned this bad review.

I ordered matcha,wake up wrap and hash browns and I got my matcha after ordering it 20 mins ahead but still waited 40 minutes for the rest.This service is so bad.Glad I don’t have anywhere to be.Some skinny white girl came from the back with a attitude like I did something to her when they kept asking about it and I just received my food and she literally threw it across the counter and the hashbrowns inside the wrap was cold as ice.Im spitting them out and my wake up wrap has pork in it.I didn’t order bacon.I don’t eat meat.The short guy with glasses was so nice and kept apologizing.He had just clocked in but I come to Dunkin every morning but they will probably never get my service again

DO NOT EAT HERE !! I give this place zero stars. I purchased a black pepper bacon sandwich here and when I took a bite there was a Wendy's receipt in my sandwich. I showed Oscar the manager and he accused me of putting the receipt in the sandwich. I will be complaining to corporate!!! This place is disgusting!!

Absolutely NOT kid-friendly. Not at all. We stopped by Dunkin’ with our kids, and they were just playing and being cheerful — nothing wild or disruptive. But the staff seemed visibly irritated and actually complained about them. Seriously? It was uncomfortable and disappointing. Strange behavior for a place that serves donuts and coffee — you’d think they’d expect families. We won’t be coming back.
