I’ve ordered two donuts and a coffee on a drive-thru here yesterday. Somehow the cashier gave me the donuts first but she refused to give me my coffee, and asked to give back the donuts because somehow she didn’t see the order. My arguments that the payment proceeded successfully didn’t make any change. I’ve even showed her completed order in the Dunkin app, and successful payment in apple wallet, but she still asked the donuts back. I told her that if I give her the donuts back then I’ll need a refund - but she said they don’t do that. In the end she called be a scammer for the first time in my life somebody called me a scammer. In the end of the story she found the receipt and gave my my coffee. Bth I haven’t got any apologize. Highly disappointed about lost time and being called a scammer. Order details in the picture.

The breakfast is absolutely terrible quality. Stay away from their hash browns and make sure you double check your order before leaving. I ordered a turkey sausage wake up wrap and they gave me bacon. I don't eat pork so I had to throw it away along with the burnt/rock hard hash browns. This unfortunately was not the first time I was served shitty food from this location.

ive been going here for at least a year now, unlike other Dunkin’s in the area they’ve always gotten my order right + it tastes good. i love hearing Steven’s welcome at the drive thru in the morning too! very nice place

My new coffee spot. Friendly service. I can’t stand locations where the folks working there just don’t give a darn about what they are doing or don’t like you because of your skin color (McGinnis) . Do yourself a favor and support business that respect and care about you.

People are nice that work here, but the doughnuts are not good. I keep trying to go back thinking it might have just been a bad batch, but the chocolate frosted doughnuts are either stale or way over cooked. If you are looking for a fluffy doughnut they don't have them at this location.
