Went and picked up a coffee and some donuts. To start off I pulled up and the auto messaging came on and I proceed with my order. Then I was told to wait, we waited 2 min, and our order was taken I asked for 2 small caramel coffees with extra cream and sugar. Mind you I’ve worked at a dunkin so I know a small is 2 creams 2 sugar when I said extra I only wanted 1 more of each so 3 cream 3 sugar. It was so overly sweet and granted yes maybe the extra means 4 of each but they could’ve asked. I couldn’t even drink the coffee. I ordered a chocolate glazed donut when I opened the box it was a chocolate frosted chocolate glazed. I told the person I didn’t ask for that and was told we dont have anymore and to just scrap it off.

I've been a consistent customer, stopping by every morning on the way to work Mon-Fri. The morning crew is phenomenal and know my order by heart, especially if Steven is working that morning. The morning crew is top notch hands down!
The weekend shift is the polar opposite. They're inconsistent and unfriendly. I've had two bad experiences within a 2 week time span from the weekend, specifically the Sunday crew, that is making me rethink visiting this location. Great service during the weekday, poor weekend service.

Walked in the door on a Sun morning, no one around. Waited at the counter no one there. I then hear someone yell at the top of their lungs “we are short staffed use the touch pad”. Lol. Customer service at its finest. Drove down to the D&D off Hwy 9. Do way better.

The best Dunkin' location near me! It is pretty consistent with good drinks and the quality/taste of the coffee is always really good. Service is fast most of the time as well. I love getting iced lattees, hot and iced coffees at this location as they are always so good! I got the cookie butter latte this week and it was delicious👍 they also have the BEST cake donuts!

I went in at 6:20AM after placing a mobile order over 15mins before. My order said it was completed. When I went to pick up my order the cashier said that she “never got the order.” She then refused to make the order OR refund me for my purchase. I verified that the address and payment was correct. I still have not received a refund for this order. I am very disappointed in Dunkin.
