I have been coming here for years now and i always love the dim cozy atmosphere of the early morning coffee and bagel spot
Ms. Olivia and Ms. Lilian are amazing
I always get top service from them and their training skills are top notch
They go out of their way to make sure i feel welcomed and taken care of
Always such a sunshine morning when i visit

The staff is unfriendly, they take a really long time to make your order, the food is sloppy, or they forget to include everything in your order. I have ordered in store and through delivery and had a bad experience each time.

I booked this location for a breakfast catering job for a 3 day company office event. LOVE LOVE LOVEEE the Mgr Olivia!! She is the BEST. The level of care, professionalism, and personality is unmatched! She took a huge weight off of my shoulders for this event. Thank you!!! Highly encourage booking for catering.

No clear “order here sign” just a pick up sign for food delivery and a order ahead pickup sign. Confusing when you walk in and realize where you are supposed to order and no one behind the counter is saying “come over here”
Also asked for salt- reply was a solid “no ma’am- pepper only” and i said “no salt?”
A stern “no ma’am”🤷‍♀️it’s a restaurant!

I’ve never seen an Einstein‘s bagel like this store that includes “espresso bar” on their sign, so I decided to try it. I’m not sure if they have an espresso machine or not but they gave me black coffee. I realized the cup was too full to be espresso so I clarified that I had ordered an espresso, they gave me a short pour of black coffee, which I didn’t realize till later,. They don’t know what espresso is at this “espresso bar”.

I sent my husband here to pick us up breakfast, and it was the worst breakfast ever. I can't believe people make these meals and see that it's burnt and still have the audacity to wrap it up and serve it to someone. I ordered the new country bagel and gravy egg sandwich which looked nothing like the picture because of course it was burnt. I'm going to post my picture for some reason I can't add it to this review. But I will post the picture of how burnt it was.
