Einstein Bros. Bagels

Came by to get some bagel bacon egg and cheese. I’m biting into the bagel and there is barely any bacon. For the price you pay they are cheap with the bacon. Rather go to Dunkin at that point for a fraction the cost. On both sandwiches were short bacon.

Tried Einstein bros for the first time today. It smelled so good when I walked in and I immediately got hungry. The lady there recommended me the Santa fe. The salsa was a good contrast to the standard breakfast egg and cheese, and it created a unique flavor profile. My friend had the egg and cheese and enjoyed it also. Overall, it was a good experience but it didn’t wow me, hence the 4 stars.

Got the garden avocado sandwich and they literally left the avocado off.

I recently visited Einstein Bagels and had a disappointing experience. The staff was unfriendly and seemed uninterested in providing good customer service. To make matters worse, they messed up my order, which added to the frustration. I will not recommend this location.

- no friendly greeting or even acknowledgment :-(
- stood at the front counter waiting to place the order - no reaction from anybody
- finally after 10 mins somebody asked and explain that I need to move 10 feet over to actually place the order SMH
- observe dirty/sticky/non wiped tables
- leaking coffee machine

food taste was OK- definitely there's better places out there that treat customers better.

I recently order breakfast burrito with no meat .When i got home and took a bite i figured it has meat into it .Ruined my breakfast experience.i have to think twice before ordering something

Their customer service was horrible, their car reader wasn’t working right and they started being very rude, they were convinced my card had a problem but the actual problem was their card reader, they were really rude overall, I ordered a bagel with no jalapeño and they made it with jalapeño, and all our bagels were cold, i gad to tell them to reheat it for us and they still acted very rude while doing that, their customer service was extremely bad, never coming bad to this location!!

Terrible customer service,food was cold overall ,bagel was hard,rude tone of voice when speaking to a customer,talked to me like they wanted to fight me,complained to their coworker about us loudly right in front of me while we were eating

We recently visited this location for the first time and was disappointed by the experience. The staff were unfriendly, which made the visit less pleasant. When we placed our order, we found the bacon and cheddar bagel to be on the dry side, so we asked for some butter. However, the cashier informed us there would be an additional charge for it. While the extra cost isn’t the main issue, it’s the principle of good customer service that matters.

Moreover, we were concerned about the egg on the bagel, which appeared to have been modified with preservatives that are known to be harmful. For this reason, we requested the butter to remove the eggs. Unfortunately, the staff seemed stressed and responded rudely to our request.

Overall, this experience was disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend this location.

Quick cardius service

Well, I can't recommend this place any longer. The app doesn't allow you to remove components, so when I order online (in store), I have to verbally tell them no bacon on my bagel. I received confirmation of no bagel. Travel home and see there's bacon. I now have to travel back to speak to the senior leader and she refers me to contact customer service as there's nothing she can do for refunds. The app has no contact, their customer service is purely email based now.
