Not always open during posted business hours. Sitting outside a closed store, but it’s during posted business hours on a non-holiday…

Ordered a pickup on the app. Went in and they didn't have the bagels I ordered, but Latasha was very accommodating. She offered alternatives which I was fine with. She was customary and even gave me coupons, apologizing for the inconvenience. Wonderful service!
