Tried to give this place a second chance however, they did not fail to disappoint once again. Waited at the front of the restaurant for quite a while without so much as a single hello or we will be with you in a moment. Would even go as far as to say someone in management needs to be retrained. Furthermore, We were not the only party to leave. Hadn't gone in forever and with this experience, definitely won't be going back. Last time wasn't much better

I wouldn't give this place one star, but unfortunately it is my only option for a grade. Do not go to this place. I've tried to come to this place twice within a week. I hope you notice the word tried. The first time we tried we waited for 5 minutes to be seated. We saw several employees walk past while we stood in their entry. The second which was literally 10 minutes ago we were sat. Hallelujah! Now the pressing issue is will we be served. We were sat outside and waited for 5 minutes with no service. No chips, no water, no server. I went inside and asked the gentleman who sat us if he wanted us there. He said they were busy and would we mind coming inside to be served. I did a scan of the dining room. Guess how many tables. Three! Three tables is considered a rush for these guys. I told him that there are only three tables. He says they only have three servers. What? The issue for him was they had a very small buffet they had to break down and this was a more pressing issue than to make their work make money. Ignorance is a good reason not to give your money away. Giving this place money is nothing more than indulging ignorance and mediocrity. Spend your money somewhere else.

We came here two times in the past week. Last time, of four employees and one table in the whole place, we couldn't get a table. Today, waited over ten minutes after waiting again to get the table. At that point, my fiance went in to find our waiter. Three small tables, and three servers in the place. The employee said they can't take our order because they need to clean the buffet first! Nevermind the customers with cash in pocket! Water would have been helpful, at least. There will not be a third try.

Used my credit card here then later that day was reported with fraudulent activity. Felt shady... Caused a bit of a hassle. Food is not great. El Don or La Parilla seems to be a better option.

Not a fan, they're food is subpar at best l. I've been there more than a few times and it's literally been worse each time. My friend went there once and said literally every dish they gave her was dirty. Some of the people are really nice, there's a few in there whom I feel should probably work in the kitchen since they don't know how to interact with each the customers. Wouldn't recommend.

El Azteca opened in Milton back in 2000. Since then, my family has gone there for great food and drinks. As my children are grown now, they still want to come back when in town. I want to thank the staff for their hospitality, service, food and friendship. We still go every week and it's like a version of “Cheers” and couldn't be better!

Sorry to say the service this evening was awful. It was as if the restaurant was understaffed. Took awhile to get our food, also took a good while to get silverware after we received our food. We were told that they ran out. We saw other customers having the same issues. People waiting to get their checks and then waiting to pay. One gentleman was standing up waving his credit card so he could pay and leave.

Horrible costumer service. We came in 30mins prior to this restaurant closing for a quick dinner and a server met us at the door to tell us they are closed but they were not! I guess they just wanted to go home early? Regardless, they have lost a whole family of clients.
