This may be our last visit until the restaurant improves. Tables were dirty and sticky. Wait staff was terrible. Got our orders wrong and did not bother to check after they were brought to the table. Used to be a nice dinner option but has declined in service, food preparation and cleanliness our last few visits. Tired of bringing friends here who have not been before and having a less than great experience. Disappointing.
Server was professional, funny and gave good recommendations. He made our experience so much better. Can't remember his name but drives from Kennesaw. Everyone's food was perfect.
We always forget how much we enjoy the food here. Our waiter Ryan suggested the steak frites for my husband, and he really enjoyed the steak along with the arugula salad. He also, recommended the carrot cake for dessert, and it was delicious. Great service and good food!
Have been there many times, but would have to say have never had a server that compares to EJ. When I made the reservation, I had said we had one birthday and when I got there, I told him we actually had to. He was so attentive throughout the meal and brought the native little surprise when we ordered dessert menus, he said he would be happy to get them in just a moment after he celebrated two birthdays, and then he put down the birthday kegs so so nice will definitely ask for him in the future.
We enjoy the food, service and ambience of Firebirds. We can always count on getting a high level of quality when we dine here.
We have experienced some excellent meals at Firebirds and this time we were looking for something a little special- a couple of top quality steaks with all the accompaniments! It wasn't busy, but the food took surprisingly long to find its way to us. There was significant lag between each course. The salads were good. Fresh lettuce and adequate toppings and dressing. The sides were okay, but nothing extraordinary. The Parmesan mashed potatoes had been beaten until they had a starchy sheen on the outside. The scant three florets of broccoli were bright green and visually appealing. The steaks were, sadly, less appealing. My wife's aged ribeye wasn't just marbled, it had large veins of fat woven throughout. It was difficult to take a slice that wasn't 40% fat. It was requested to be cooked medium rare, but over half of the interior was bright red. Definitely rare. My filet mignon was appropriately cooked to medium rare, but it wasn't warm enough to melt the bacon butter add on that topped it. Sadly, most of the flavor was in the bacon the cut had been wrapped in. A meal that clocks in at more than $100 without drinks needs to be a little closer to spot on.
Salmon was ordered med rare and was cooked well done. Steak was ok but not exceptional. Mashed potatoes were great and saved the day
Restaurant was packed due to a concert nearby but server was quick and polite. Food came out amazingly fast! Ribs were delicious and steak as well.
Our server was amazing! He was very attentive and quick to fix our issues. However, the food was absolutely horrible. I ordered a fillet mignon medium well. The chef gave me a sirloin well done. I told the waiter and he was very apologetic when its not even his fault. He took it back and he had them remake it. The chef yet again makes it well done and gives me something else for a steak that definitely was not a fillet. My husband ordered a side of broccoli and they only gave him 2 pieces of broccoli. We ordered mac and cheese as well and the mac was like krafts mac and cheese. Horrible cooks. We will not be back here again. 10/10 do not recommend.
Have always enjoyed our meals at Firebird's....we enjoyed everything last night but the mushrooms, will not order them again!

Between the two locations, Peachtee Corners and Alpharetta, we prefer the PTC one. Just has a different vibe.
Went for the first time for my birthday. Great experience and a good time. Wait staff were amazing.
Just ok! Wine list is nice, salmon was just ok, shrimp and grits was just ok and our service was just ok( way too many large parties for our waitress)
It's a pleasure to dine here. Reliably good. Love the ever changing specials and menu changes.
It was birthday dinner for my mom and my wife. It was exceptional in every way. Service was exceptional! Food was amazing! Nice touch base waiter providing dessert for my Mom and my wife.
