I order the same meal weekly thru uber eats. Parmesan Chicken w/loaded baked potato. I ordered earlier in the day than usual and ended up with the lunch size- a single piece of chicken, much smaller than usual. The chicken was overcooked and tough. A paper bag with butter, but no bread. The butter melted through the bag and covered the food containers. Usually everything is wonderful, but this really missed the mark.

Dined there with friends during Alpharetta Restaurant Week. Menu selections offered were great and included choice of soup and dessert. We thought it was a good value.

Visited this location while in town for a work meeting. My experience was very disappointing.

Service: Our waiter introduced himself and then another waitress standing besides him. We assume this was a trainee, but he didn’t mentioned. It seemed like all night he was more focused on this waitress than actually taking our order or providing us service. Everything took way to long, from us waiting to order drinks, to ordering our food, to getting out food. It took 27 minutes to be asked if we were ready to order and that was only because we had asked if we could order yet.

Food: When we finally got our food: Caesar salad, two Salmon dishes and the Firebirds® Roasted Chicken, it looked delicious! Everyone started to dig in. I got the chicken and this where it got worse…as I started to pick it apart to eat, I noticed the middle was cold. Not uncooked, but refrigerator cold. It was hot on the outside and cold on the inside. it took about another 15 minutes to find the waiter and then another 25 minutes for them to recook it. By this time everyone was done eating and I was over the waiting. We just took it to go. Had I been local, this would have worked out fine, but staying in town at a hotel for the week, this really was a complete waste of a meal and $50.

Overall: I was disappointed in the service and the food and I won’t be eating here again when I return to the area.

I love their Cajun Ribeye but tonight they burned it beyond salvation and the manager tried to gaslight me and patronize me explaining how a ribeye is cooked. I told him I get the same thing every time and they CAN cook a steak that is well done AND not burnt to a crisp. They missed the mark tonight and there was no apology. He acted like he was doing me a favor to cook a next one.

Alex was a very superb server. She was very cheerful, knowledgeable & helpful.  The food was delicious. We had salmon and it was cooked and seasoned to perfection! Thank you , We will be back soon. 

Let me start by saying the service was amazing. This review is more about the food and food handling. I ordered a well done ribeye (I know-plz no judgement). What I got is crisp on the outside and mooing on the inside.  I did bring it to the attention of our server and he was very gracious about it. My husband's steak, which was supposed to be medium, came out to be well done. They made him a whole new steak however they took mine back and threw it on the grill. Mind you I had two bites of that steak. That to me is got to be a health violation and some capacity. Needless to say, I ate a quarter of that steak after I realized it was the same steak. I did bring that to the attention of the manager and he told me if the customer does not request a new steak. They basically take your steak and cook it more. Honestly, in my personal experience with restaurants and working in restaurants during college, my understanding of food standards is if it touched the table, it does not go back to a grill or pan etc.   The manager's attitude was a little bit arrogant. Even though he was understanding and apologetic about the steaks not cooked correctly-he tried to tell me that I should've said I needed a new steak done! Personally, I will not be returning.  In my opinion, it's a steakhouse-one would think they should know how to cook steak of all sorts of temperatures. It was a Saturday night around 7:45 pm and they were not busy so there was no excuse for the kitchen to mess up to that degree.  Also, my steak tasted like burned char. I've ordered well done steaks all my life from different places-and i know they should not be charged or burned on the outside. Simply, in my humble opinion, the heat was too high.  This review is based on my experience and my personal opinions about the matter. 

I've been going to Firebirds since I was introduced to this restaurant in 2022 & it's the best food tasting, atmospheric calmness, beautiful staff that you could dream of. I take myself & friends to this place QUIET OFTEN!!! Taking myself to lunch or dinner, sitting at the bar or having a table is the best experience you can give yourself & others. Food flavors, are Delicious & reasonably priced.

We took our grandson to Firebirds yesterday for his birthday. We choose this restaurant since it’s been so very good so many times.
Our waitress was very good—— however the food —- grilled salmon and sliced steak were not. salmon was small and over cooked. Steak was tough.
Group of 40 people came in and were extremely loud.
We will not be returning.
