Placed an online order, showed up and the location was closed with no one in it. This was at 6:30, and they are clearly stated online, in the app, and at the store that it was open. Was not given an option to get a refund when called. Avoid this location and go to the one in

Store doesn’t follow operating hours. This store is supposed to close at 9pm and at 330pm the doors are locked and there are employees inside. Staff is rude. Won’t waste my time coming here again.

Do not leave digital tips, managment pilfers them from the staff who deserve it. This is genuinely evil. I've been leaving tips for the staff here for quite some time now; I actually cant believe this is how their tips are being handled. Horrible.

The service at the restaurant is not good. You arrive and they don't serve you.

Very dirty place which used to be very nice and clean
Management is so rude that guy there can't even smile while he's talking your order like he's about to kill you

Slow. Handles customers one at a time. I may just leave without my sandwich even though i already paid.

This store used to be more dependable. Summary of last 4 visits:
1) App wouldn't work with specific to this store only.
2) App worked but many specific sandwiches were not available at this store (presumably as they ran out of ingredients)
3) Was able to order in app but when we got to store they told us they ran out of turkey and one other meat so we changed our order and then waited.
4) Tried to order at 6:45om on a Friday evening and app would not operate so we went to store. They had turned off the app and decided to close before 7pm on a Friday evening so we drove 4.5 miles to a more dependable store and everything went well.
I give up on this store - seems like clear local management/ownership challenges.

I never experienced such disrespect from this location. My sub sandwich was thrown together the slices of meat was folded together with heavy mayonnaise. They said they could not remake my sub. The worst experience ever !

I have been working for this store for 5 years as a delivery person and it is the worst thing to do when looking for a delivery service or DoorDash. Their service is terrible and they are always in a bad mood, they never have the orders on time. Dirty bathroom and dirty store. I do not recommend it.

Javon did something I never had done before. He really showed care with his customers. There was a day there was no chicken and instead of saying the company will refund he kept in contact with me in order for me to pick up my sandwich another day. By him showing care firehouse did not lose a customer. Great man !

Literally the worst sandwich shop in johns creek always closed so idk why they even have hours posted no one follows them. I paid for an online order and then twice they were closed then stated that I had to go to the store for a refund which is next to impossible to get because they are closed.
