First Watch

I am extremely impressed with this First Watch!! Mike, the manager , is so personable. The service is great!!! And, the food is soooooooo good. I like this FW much better than the other one.

Went to have brunch with my aunt and we had a great time . Our waitress Kayla was so nice and super friendly and helpful. The food was delicious.

Stopped by for breakfast. Friendly server, good service, and good food. I'll just call it the First Watch Experience. We used to dine at first watch often when we lived in Ohio and this was just the same. Consistent and meets your expectations. Free parking although it can get crowed competing with the other local businesses (Gym).

Great Place to Begin you Day , I have other First Watch location around as Well , but this the One I Like the Most .Service is Great ,Food is Awesome I wash with someone that had never been to this Place and Manuela ( the server we had) made a great impression on us she was out of her way to provide us everything we need /wanted and Kind enough to explain and offer several good options fron their Menu , Great young Woman,We felt very please with her Service and we can only Recommend You Ask for Her whenever you Go there . Manuela keep up the Good Work , Thank you

Just got brunch and it was delicious! Service was great and super kind. Highly suggest the brioche breakfast sandwich. I'm vegetarian and they were more than willing to accommodate my diet. Also if you have a gluten intolerant this is the perfect breakfast spot for you with tons of gf options (gf pancakes, bread, etc). My partner who has celiac loves this place.

I enjoyed my omelette. The coffee wasn’t great. I had to ask 3 times for a water refill. The temperature was so cold inside it was almost as bad as Waffle House.

After driving 7 hours to get to Georgia, we did a to go order. The blt was put on the wrong kind of bread. They forgot to put the dressing on the salad or give us some. The potatoes we undercooked and we couldn't eat them. Not worth the $30 spent on 2 meals.

We have been to several First Watchs in different states, but this one was subpar. Very dirty, no greeting at the entrance and poor leadership. Food on the floor is expected in chain restaurants but there no large crowd which should have been my first clue that this site was going to be a bad experience. So much food on the floor and table was not wiped well. They didn't honor the kids meal drink. Silverware beyond disgusting. We asked for plastic because the Silverware was so nasty. See photos.

This is my local first watch and I have been coming here for years. Out of all the times I’ve come my family and I were treated with the best service we’ve ever received at any restaurant, all thanks to Kayla. She has definitely turned this place around I’ll say. Please keep her. She was so polite and helpful. She has such a people personality and gave us the best service. Ask for her the next time you go in! The food we great aswell

I've been here a few times, but this was my first time being served by Kayla. She was the best server I've ever had. She made me feel comfortable and checked on us frequently. Definitely would go back just for her!

I've been to several First Watch locations over the years but the Old Milton Parkway location is easily the best. I recently went there for the first time and I'm glad I did. The food, of course, was excellent. What really made the experience unforgettable was the customer service. Manuela is simply the best server ever. I appreciate the great job she did for my table (and the others in her section). She is an amazing ambassador for First Watch.

We went for brunch on a Sunday and the food was ok. They were out of the only two shareable appetizers on the summer menu. The avocado toast had some sort of acidic flavor to it that overpowered the dish. Watermelon refresher juice was nice.

Every time I go its a wonderful experience. The food is always hot and seasoned to perfection. The servers are fast and professional. I would definitely visit again.

We waited for about 5-7 minutes before anyone acknowledged us standing there. The manager finally came from the kitchen without offering any greeting or apology. He passed several dirty tables and then sat us at the last table next to the bathroom. Very disappointed and won't go back again.
