This place is horrible. I mean absolutely horrible. First no one speaks fluent english. Noone. And they have the nastiest attitudes, almost as bad as the good. This location deserves to be closed. They close the store early. They cannot listen to instructions because they dont want to speak english. The so called managers are no help. The are so lazy they want to re drop cooked fries if you want well done. Im never visiting this location again. Its over.

High prices over the years better cost value to go elsewhere but if you do go the service is pretty quick - if the price was cheaper I'd come more often

Love Five Guys burgers and fries but the challenge at this location has become working across a language barrier. Our recent trip to this store included getting our order wrong, missing a milk shake that was in our order (seemingly from not being able to properly read the order/receipt) and very stale/old peanuts. When trying to politely let the workers know one box of their peanuts was stale, none of them could understand English so had no idea what I was trying to communicate. When trying to get our milkshake included, none of them could understand me. When trying to communicate what flavor of milkshake, none of them could understand me so we got a strawberry instead of chocolate w/strawberry milkshake. Nice folks and we still like the food (aside from stale peanuts) but the lack of communication created very real challenges with overall quality here. We will find alternatives moving forward...
