1st of all food fries burgers milkshakes good but the employees could be a bit friendlier for real seriously but other than that everything else good

If you're just going to clean the store from 9-10pm instead of taking orders, just close at 9, why bother staying open until 10?
We entered the store at 9:13pm and stood at the register for several minutes while multiple employees cleaned the store, one sweeping right beside us and the other cleaning the fry station, a third guy was just walking around in the back doing nothing. They all looked us at multiple times but made no attempts to stop cleaning and take our order. If you're not going to sell food for the last hour, just close at 9.
We promptly left and drove to the location on Holcombe Bridge, where they took our order as soon as we walked in the store. At 9:30pm, they were ready to take orders and cook food, they weren't busy cleaning.

The food is good but the prices are insane, there is no way it costs $20+ to get a burger with fries and a drink for one person. Extremely overpriced and not worth the money.

Nothing worse than burnt bacon on a burger!!! 11/18. Restaurant looked great but burger was not like previous visits. If the bacon is burnt please don’t put it on the burger.
The cashier/ cook had the audacity to use the same spatula that flip my burgers to get her greasy panels above.
The sanitation of it was 🤢. I will not be back
