I use to enjoy eating at this location. However, during lunch today I was treated very poorly by the Manager. He became very upset when I saw him cleaning the shake machine. Then he attempted to make my shake with the same cup he was filtering the machine with. I saw him wipe the cup twice against the machine. It was disgusting to think he wouldn’t consider giving me a new cup. When I proceeded to ask him why he told me to have a good day! He completely dismissed me with no regard for cleanliness! I will not be going to this location again. I wonder what other nasty habits the restaurant may have. Very sad smh it had become a favorite stop for lunch.

No one in this location speaks English! They cannot even get an order correct without google translate app. This is terrible customer service. Paid double for hotdogs because no one speaks the language. Who runs a business like this?

The team of four working this evening were excellent! This is possibly the cleanest restaurant I've ever eaten in! Food was consistent with other Five Guys locations and French fry portions were very generous.

Have not been to Five Guys in sometime. I was disappointed and expected more considering the prices. Fries were still great, but the burgers have gotten small and the beef patty was mediocre 😕.

Could not speak English well enough to take a simple order with a simple customization (one little burger with two bottom buns because I'm sensitive to sesame). That was it. Struggled with him for a couple of minutes trying to get it across and just hoped I did, but when I got home with it. Yeah. Sesame. Yes I should have checked it before I left, but what could I have done to fix it. They literally do not speak English here. Plus I had been sick this was the first meal I was going to be able to eat in a couple days and I was absolutely exhausted. Just wanted to go home with my Rx and get back in bed with one small, easy piece of food for my empty tum.
