The customer service is nasty. The large brown lady has to be worst person behind the counter. Why mark a pickup order as ready and still not have the all the items in the bag when a customer comes to pick it up over 30 minutes later. Then you proceed to prioritize that order last. Not that you had to cook the additional food. But you decided to fulfill new orders first. If an order is not ready. Don’t mark it as so.

On February 12, 2026 I ordered a cheeseburger 🍔, fries and coke. The bill came to $23 62. (Order# 75) It was thee worst order that I've ever had from a 5 Guys. First of all the sandwich had 4 pieces of chopped onion, 5 pieces of bag shredded lettuce, and 2 checkers size tomatoes. They wrapped this nightmare of a cheeseburger like a cast in foul so tight that I had to peel it off!!! The fries appeared yo be re-fried.....possibly? The only think that I would boast about was the coke!!! I am fortunate to have frequented the first ecer 5 Guys in Arlington, Virginia.back in 1986 when I worjed at the Pentagon. I met all of them. IT WAS GREAT!!! I hope that what I experienced at this location is going to be the new norm. I asked to speak to the Manager at thi location and was advised that there was no Manager in site. They gave me a name for the district manager but they only gave me a first name, but no number in which to call him. This location SUCKS big time. My advice would be......BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE. I have been a loyal customer for 40 years and I never thought that I would ever be leaving this harsh of a review for 5 Guys.

Five Guys is my top choice for a consistently great burger. The patties are always juicy, and I love being able to customize my toppings. The fries are legendary—they always give you a massive portion. The service is fast and the staff is always friendly!

Update: this location is consistently performing well and the staff are always friendly and attentive, even just for a pickup order. Never had an issue with order accuracy, quality, or service and I appreciate the standard they have set here.
Happy to have this new location. Service has been fast, fresh, and friendly especially compared to the Windward store. Off to a great start, hope it continues!

I eat here all the time and this location constantly shorts on the amount of fries they give you- I am literally coming here for the amount of fries and paying the crazy prices for the portion you get- please stuff the bag with fries like five guys is known for!!

Went in on Tuesday 9/2 and ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers with a fry and a drink, without asking they made them a double and gave half a bag of fries instead of a medium which is a waste and it seems to make up for giving a double bacon cheeseburger instead of a single that was ordered. May be cause they were slow and the manager which took the orders has to make so many sales. Idk but definitely not pleased with being deceived, overcharged and then given half a bag of fries when all that always ordered was single bacon cheeseburgers and a medium which fry.
Everyone is so nice!! The food is always delicious, hot and fresh. The restaurant itself is very clean. Highly recommend!

Opened today! 06/02/2025 Great burger and also great fries. You only ever need to order a little fry because they over fill so it is enough for two. Lesson learned...their burgers are 2 patties, if you are like me that is too big. Order a little burger for a single patty. They have the Coke Freestyle dispenser so you have a large selection to get your soda your way. The vanilla shake was awesome and just the right size, not too big. Next time, I will have to try an Oreo cookie mix-in.
