Me and my friend came here on a whim, and we were not disappointed. I ordered the seafood risotto, and she got the catfish ponchartrain. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was live, but not overwhelming. The service was great too. I would definitely come here again.

First time at Flatlands. My wife is Cajun, so we have some comparative frame of reference. Overall, a very positive experience. Quaint, rustic atmosphere and excellent, friendly service (I believe our server's name was Nehemiah ?...super nice and attentive). Cajun food tends to be heavy with rich sauces/gravies and lots of fried options. Don't come looking for a healthy meal, but you will get pretty much what you would hope for in Cajun cuisine. Enjoyable overall experience.

Husband and I had an appointment in Alpharetta so we looked up best places to eat. The reviews for Flatlands was decent so we decided to try it out. I'm so happy that we did. Service was amazing. Abby was our waitress and she was attentive and very personable. Food was fantastic! Alligator bites - best that I've had in Georgia. Fried seafood basket - MMM MMM GOOD and the signature shrimp salad was dynamite (In my JJ Evans voice).

A little hard to find. Service was excellent and fast but we were the only 3 in the whole spot. Portion sizes were good, nice, eclectic, good vibe.

Not from here, just came up from Florida for a mini vacation, go see some museums, etc.
Found this place looking for something different.
I've been in actual British pubs, this is really close. Just missing pics of the Queen (and now King Charles.)
Shepherd's pie was different than the HUNDREDS of others that are also different, but it was GOOD. I really liked it. Guinness on tap, British pint.
Very glad I found this place.

My wife and I absolutely love this place. Accidentally found it many years ago on a whim, but any time I am in the area, it's got to be on the lunch or dinner location. Really cool place, great food, and more. Highly recommend checking it out!

Food is delicious! Would highly recommend the oysters. Can be a bit of a wait at times, should make a reservation beforehand for the weekend

We had a great experience & the food was really good! The gumbo, beignets & broiled oysters were excellent! The jambalaya & creole pasta were also pretty good but not amazing like the other items. Next time we’d skip the crawfish dip but had a wonderful experience.
