Great food, restaurant was clean and staff were friendly. Good healthier option to lunch out at. Only complaint is the price and parking at Avalon just sucks. It won't be a quick eat unless you're within walking distance.
I had the Ginger Lime peanut bowl, 50/50 with shrimp, and it was $15. So expensive. However, very tasty food which was served fresh, vibrant and well presented.
Additionally it's counter service (you pick your food up at the counter when they shout your name) and they will still ask for a tip anyway. I'll let you decide if that bothers you enough to not eat here.
4 stars for price.

GUSTO! has always been a favorite of mine, which made my recent visit especially disappointing. I went in alone and ordered my usual wrap, but the cashier was inattentive and made several errors. I was overcharged and felt largely ignored during the transaction.
When I attempted to address the issue, the cashier became combative and unprofessional, speaking over both me and the manager. Her demeanor felt hostile and escalated the situation unnecessarily, making me feel extremely uncomfortable as a customer. The manager, however, was attentive and attempted to help resolve the issue.
Although a refund was mentioned, it ultimately was not processed. I had used two free coupons, but they were not returned to me, so the situation was never properly corrected. To add to the confusion, I was also picking up food for my boyfriend while he was at work. His order was supposed to be a bowl, but it was incorrectly made as a wrap. I was told I could keep it, but that did not resolve the overall experience.
This visit left me feeling hurt, disrespected, and disappointed. Due to the way this situation was handled—particularly the cashier’s behavior—I don’t feel comfortable returning to this location anytime soon.

Usually I get gusto delivered. Today was horrible. I had to throw the bowl away. Chicken so burnt it was black and had a few bones in it and was also stringy. They forgot my chips too…Also limeade had no sanitary sticker like it usually does. Not sure what’s going on here but not the first time I’ve had a bad experience. It depends on the day but this is expensive to be thrown out!

Today, I received a free bowl with baby bellas and it’s all thanks to the manager Jamar Grant because my last order was incorrect . I come to this location often and visit other locations where I had the same problem with no feedback from the restaurant. So I really appreciate the manager for reaching out to me and making it right.
My favorite meal there is the tahini cucumber feta/ half and half with spicy chicken and sometimes I’ll order the baby bellas. It’s so filling and DELICIOUS!
I’m just waiting for you all to put the Buffalo Buttermilk Ranch bowl back on the menu.😊

Both my daughter and I ordered wraps. We were told the chicken needed to be cooked, but it would just be 5 minutes or so. After waiting 15 minutes, I checked in. I was told our food was almost ready, but we discovered no one started to cook our chicken at all (we ordered the newer panko crispy chicken). We didn’t get our food until nearly 30 minutes after we ordered.
Someone came out and gave us 4 vouchers for a free meal, which I thought was really nice given the long wait. However, I just pulled them out to use tomorrow, and discovered that the “vouchers” we were provided were already expired when we received them.
We do really like Gusto, but we will be sure to avoid the Avalon location moving forward. Not only did we have to wait 30 minutes for our food, but then to fake an apology through expired vouchers isn’t acceptable.

I absolutely love gusto! and used to eat there 1-2 times per week when I worked in Chamblee. The food is amazing, always fresh, and always delicious. The only thing I can say is that the employees should be better versed in the computer system and menu before they are left alone on a register.

I highly recommend this chain! It breaks up the monotony of the other quick service bowl restaurants. They offer unique seasonal options for sauces and I love that they will give you the sauce and dressings on the side and you can administer it yourself. Fell in love with the jerk sauce Summer 2025 and I can’t wait to stop by again to try what’s new for fall 2025. Smart concept, quick service, healthy food, and lastly, I love the fact that they offer MOUTHWASH in the restroom.
The food was good and healthy, though I like Cava a bit better. The payment part of ordering was a little slow and the soda dispenser was out of order - fortunately that wasn't an issue for us.

Great food! Wish there was one in Raleigh, NC! I go to Gusto! each time I visit Atlanta. The guy who helped me was full of life, named the perfume I was wearing, and was extremely helpful. No pictures taken before I scarfed it down on the way to airport. Yummy!!!

I placed a catering order from Gusto at Avalon and everything turned out great. The online ordering process was seamless. My team was more than impressed. Gazi did an excellent job setting up the food for us. She had everything with her and all we had to do was enjoy lunch. My team favorites were the Avocado mix and the Tahini mix. Will definitely be a return customer.

The staff was pretty nice. I ordered for online pickup. When I arrived the place was clean and I was greeted. My only hiccup was my puts was super dry. It barely had cheese in it and the protein I ordered was very small portioned. They forgot my sweet potato chips but I went back and got it. The flip side is I got to feed some cute small birds near by they really appreciated the dry bread.
