I think management has changed and now seeing all new faces. Ice cream is great but the new staff’s service is very poor and rude. Out of habit, gave 15% tip but total waste.

Came here to say the staff is rude and has no idea about customer service, just to see a lot of people have had the same experience! Andrew straight up refused to take our order as someone else was helping us- who did not take our full order and had vanished so we were just waiting there! They just pick people from the q to service and is super random!

We come to North Pointe Mall whenever we can. This is our favorite place in the mall! The ice cream is the best and Andrew is one of the nicest people we know! We absolutely love this Haagen-Dazs location! The owner (both the husband and wife) are always so sweet and they work so hard! They are caring and kind and always greet us even of we don't get ice cream for the day! We love the coffee chip and Irish cream brownie! The flavors are so rich and the scoop sizes are wonderful! We absolutely love this location and we love the owners! We always wish them the very best and cant wait to keep getting more and more ice cream!

Disappointed by Haagen-Dazs’ Free Cone Day Hype
My sister-in-law and I stopped by Haagen-Dazs on May 13th, excited to grab her free ice cream for their so-called Free Cone Day. Unfortunately, she was told their “system wasn’t working” — and that was it. No backup plan, no ice cream, just a shrug.
It’s really disappointing when a company promotes a nationwide event but doesn’t make sure all their locations are ready. There wasn’t even a notice saying this store wasn’t participating. Blaming it on a “technical issue” felt like a lazy excuse.
In the end, it seemed more like a way to bring people into the store under false promises. If you’re going to advertise something to this extent, you should follow through. Otherwise, it feels like a cheap marketing trick — and that’s a quick way to lose customer trust.

We ordered a Pineapple & Coconut, Cookies & Cream, and a Caramel Coffee Milkshake, and each one was absolutely delicious.
The Pineapple & Coconut had a perfect tropical balance—creamy, refreshing, and not too sweet.
The Cookies & Cream was rich and packed with cookie pieces, just how it should be.
The Caramel Coffee Milkshake was the star—smooth, flavorful, and a great pick-me-up. The quality is always top-tier, and the service was just as great.

Rude and unhelpful staff . Condescending about highway robbery prices after we politely decided we didn’t want to buy anything ( mind you we didn’t waste much time had maybe 3 questions about menu options)
We love the place. I won't measure this place from the ice cream prices because the staff and service is great. It's the usual Haagen-Dazs prices. The staff is very friendly, a great place to stop after a shopping trip!

Stopped by for some refreshment after long bad day at work. I loved the strawberry mango smoothie❤️ got milkshake for my husband . Andrew served us with smile. He is funny. I am usually little fussy when placing orders but he kept saying i got it .. dont worry I will take care of your order .. thanks Andrew .. We will stop by again when we go to north point mall.

ANDREW IS LITERALLY THE BEST he always tells me “anything for you” even when I ask for soooo many different taste test because I can’t make up my mind. That type of patience in an ice cream shop is EVERYTHING to indecisive ice cream lovers like me!
