This brunch spot is INCREDIBLE! I enjoyed everything I ate here and cannot recommend it enough if you’re in the mood for high quality breakfast food in a cute location. I visited on a Thursday around 11am and found it about half full, as you would expect during the week, however my friends have been here on weekends and say it gets very busy, especially since they don’t take reservations. The drink cart outside is adorable and allows people to sip away as they wait for a table....
Nick was excellent—quick, attentive to detail, and very friendly throughout our visit. The food and beverages were incredible, and the pricing was very reasonable for the quality we received.
Although we were originally quoted a 45-minute wait time, we were seated in about 25 minutes, which was a pleasant surprise. The only recommendation I would make is to consider adding a filter or improving the water machine, as the water had a grassy taste.

My goodness, this breakfast place has the hugest pancakes I have ever seen! And a huge, huge cinnamon roll as well! I’m not a fan of the type of the icing they use, but the bun itself is delicious. We have always had great service too.
I wish they had decaf Americano, but that’s a minor issue as they do have regular drip decaf.
