We order for a Team lunch at least once a month from the Alpharetta Honey Baked Ham. Not once have we been disappointed. They have never made a mistake with our order for 14 people nor have they forgotten a meal. I highly recommend this location!

I’ve never been to a Honey Baked Ham. Evelyn was amazing at giving a menu tour and deals including samples of the ham and different turkeys meat. She was so thoughtful and caring. Can’t wait to come back!!

Honey Baked Ham is a disappointment, no longer serving sandwiches, despite a team of idle employees visible on the floor. Even when I waited in line for 10 minutes while listening to their personal chatter to order my sandwich, they wouldn't take it. There are no signs posted anywhere that indicate they no longer serve sandwiches. In fact why do they spend thousands of dollars advertising their sandwich and lunch meal options only to not serve them. Coupled with past experiences of botched orders, and forgotten food their service quality is questionable at best. The food may be savoury, but the experience leaves a sour taste. Ordering a simple meal or expecting basic hospitality seems to be a herculean task. My advice? Good luck trying to get served unless you're there for a holiday feast.

Exceptional service and great staff here - good enough to have to come here to leave five stars. The rest you know - delicious hams, great lunch options etc. But very rarely will you go somewhere that they make the experience as nice as the folks do here.

Although it was packed the day before Thanksgiving, staff were friendly. I ordered a bone in ham for Thanksgiving and did not pre-pay so I patiently waited about 40 minutes. I would recommend pre-pay next year because there is a separate and shorter wait time for pre-paid customers. Another option would be to choose a different pickup date other than day before Thanksgiving.

Super friendly greeters and staff. Picked up an order to go for Thanksgiving and was in and out in less than 5 minutes.Parking: Honey baked ham shares a parking lot with Verizon. Plenty of parking. Visible from the street.Wheelchair accessibility: There are two wheelchair accessible parking spots to the side of the building.

Stopped by during a day date with my husband, and was blown away. The associates are so sweet, and the store is so clean! I got the Cobb salad and my husband got a sandwich, and they were both made fresh and tasted delish! We will certainly be returning!
