I like the food and chai over here, That is the only reason I come in very frequently.
But recently I am avoiding and better opt for chowrastha or Other nearby restaurants.
The reason being very bad attitude of the counter sales person, the receptionist doesnt care about people at all, they dont smile or even wish people. Its as if they are purely there for money and job, they dont care anymore.
That boy, dont remember his name though. He is always on phone and very much uninterested in people. His attitude is like the less customers, the better.
Hope management takes care of it, and request receptionist to please wish or atleast smile.
Its not as if, we are a burden to hotbreads.

I’ve visited three times and tried the panipuri, but it hasn’t been great. The stuffing was cold, which takes away from the taste and overall experience, especially in winter. Flavor was average. The service also felt a bit unfriendly, as the person serving seemed quite serious and not very welcoming. I hope they can improve both freshness and customer interaction.

Ordered a 6 lb cake for my daughter’s first birthday.
Here is my experience with the thinking of buying to consuming the cake.
Was little nervous about ordering cake for first bday as there was no clarity which one to buy how much buy and will the guests like it , specially kids but everything turned out perfect.
Service was great.- we provided a picture of the cake we wanted and they evaluated price based on that and product was exactly what was expected.
Price and variant: ~$180 for 6 lbs - felt a little pricey compared to regular cakes initially but since this was custom made I was convicted. We ordered mixed fruit since we had lot of kids in our guest list, it was perfect fit for all.
All the guests loved the cake (~40 people including kids), it was sufficient/almost finished at the end of the event.
I recommend cake from here.

We ordered a custom eggless Rasmalai cake from Hotbreads for our daughter’s birthday, and it was perfect. We shared reference pictures, and they recreated it exactly as shown. The cake was beautiful, soft, and delicious. Received so many compliments. Highly recommend Hotbreads for custom eggless cakes!
