Had a lunch Buffett with family on Sunday. The place is amazing. I loved the ambience. It’s pure veg restaurant which is what I had been looking for in Alpharetta region. Masala dosa, mysore masala, veg curries were all delicious. My kids loved the desserts - moose and fruit muffins. I personally enjoyed the gulab jamun and rava laddu. I think this is going to be my go to place from now onwards as they have multiple options - Dosa nights, Thali on weekdays, unlimited pani puri on Tuesday. The staff was generous, we also enjoyed watching IPL while having lunch Buffett. 5 stars from me.

I’ll never understand why someone would open an establishment in an area that is not their predominant race to have an issue when other races are their customers.Look the reality is this place is not for white people, black people, or Hispanics. If you are not Indo-Asian, they don’t want your business and apparently their food isn’t all that great by their own cultural standards. There’s better Indian cuisine in the area with better customer service and better atmosphere. Places like these make it hard for others who do have great food and great service. I’m not Indian but I am a minority, and I hate when minorities act like they can isolate themselves and be rude. Courtesy goes both ways. There’s a Jamaican spot in the same plaza. Food is good, service is slow but made to order and the staff is FRIENDLY. I’d never waste my money at Hot Breads again. My second visit, definitely my last.

Bad customer experience !!!!I travelled from Austin to GA for the weekend. Placed a takeout order on my way and arrived at the restaurant to pick up. The person at the counter tells me the kitchen is closed so they can’t fulfill the order and they even asked me to come back after 2hrs when they open the kitchen. “Seriously!! why do you accept orders if your kitchen is closed !!l”. Now comes the best part, they can’t cancel the order and return my money because their system won’t allow to do it. “Is this place for real!!!”. I spent the next 5m trying make sense of their arguments but soon realized that there was no point in wasting time because This restaurant does not give a damn about customer!!!Give my money back!

This place has surprisingly good taste. Nice to find this gem. The prices are also low. Definitely worth a visit. They also have lots of deals like unlimited dosa Tuesday. The ambience is little less but good and open. We had dosa, noodles, Coffee, tea here. All were good. I would especially recommend coffee. Sambar was not as per my taste.
