I spent a considerable amount of time placing my sandwich order and had specifically requested for it to be toasted. However, the sandwiches arrived cold and did not meet expectations. Overall, it was a disappointing and unsatisfactory experience.

Great service, very friendly, free soft serve. They don't give me a hard time bringing my own celcius drink and cup of ice. They let me substitute pepperoni with ham, no issues unlike Jimmy Johns gave he a huge fit about it. Family oriented spot.

When their last Sunday for lunch, the salad bar is always amazing and I had the chicken panini. The cashier was very friendly and answered questions as did any employee we encountered. We literally got there right before the church crowd godly you definitely want to get there before 12:00 on a Sunday
I ordered THE Managers BLT that has a fried egg and avocado with bacon, lettuce, and tomato. Our sandwiches had hard bread and no egg or avocado. When I asked for help I was ignored. I do believe this happened because when I paid I hit something wrong and my tip went in as .02 cents instead of $2.00. But I paid $38.53 for two sandwiches, 2 cups of soup, and 2 drinks. I won’t be going back to this location. I had to bus my table before I could sit down.

This was my first time eating at this location. It is definitely family-friendly. I observed many families coming in to dine-in the entire time I was there. It is very spacious and seems to have more volume of customers than the other locations I have visited. The food was fresh and delicious. I took pictures of our food. Also, they give a complimentary ice cream dessert with your meal.
