We've been here so many times over the years, and I've ordered catering countless times, but I think this was the first not-so-great experience I've ever had. It was hard to find a table because there were so many tables piled with dirty dishes. I specifically ordered my wrap without jalapeños, and unfortunately one was spilling out when I received my meal. At least it made me aware to pick them out, but still ate some. Not a pleasant experience, but at I'm not allergic. I'm also very sad they don't serve the southwest chicken chili amymore. It's one reason we don't come as much as we used to, but they do have a good variety of food.

I would have given 5 stars, but my last visit was not so good. I paid 23.78 for a salad and a drink. I asked for a half sandwich. The guy didn't ring it up. Im thinking, why so expensive? Okay, no worries, their salads are so big it's almost worth not to complain. Gotdown the road opened it, and it looked to be a half salad. Hardly any lettuce. Skimped me on my eggs and meat. Too far away to turn around. Had to add my own ingredients when I got home! Disappointed ?

First time here.Food: Low quality. The chicken tenders are worse than Tyson’s frozen, don’t even bother with them. I couldn’t believe they would actually serve such a thing and call it meat. Gross. The salad bar is well kept and clean.Service was slow but not their fault. It seemed like they couldn’t keep up with less than 10 tables and probably needed some help. Looks like lots of to go orders lined up. Friendly staff though which was nice.Atmosphere is typical deli chain with a cafeteria like feeling.

We eat here frequently. Food is good. Service is usually good but last night the smell of marijuana coming from one employee in the restroom was so overwhelming that I wouldn’t be surprised if she was actively smoking in the stall. I don’t need my children being exposed to such. I’m not anti-marijuana but I don’t smoke anything and feel there is a time and place and a need to respect others in public places. Especially in a food establishment or near children. If we came again and experienced this situation, I would definitely find a different location to visit. It would have been obvious to the manager upon her return to the kitchen/register area what has occurred. Management should not allow this. Hate to sound like a Karen but no one needs to be high while working.

I have not been to a Jason's in a couple of years, because there is not one in North Forsyth County. I remember it always being good and I was not disappointed this time at the North Point location. I ordered the gumbo and it was very good! My sister had the pot pie and loved it. Service was good, everything was clean and efficient. Would love to see a Jason's built in North Forsyth!!

The service was polite and quick. The menu was nicely written and described the options accurately. The food was served warm, and the order was correct. The salad bar was well kept and appeared very clean. The sandwiches were just okay. We had the muffaletta and Italian subs. Nothing to wow the table or palates. Chips were good and plenty. The meals included soft serve ice cream, which wasn't too bad. The restaurant dining area was sparsely occupied and clean.
