Getting a 3% surcharge for paying with a credit card stains the whole dinner experience. Nowhere does it say that during the meal.
Gray service, drinks and food! My friend and I were looking for somewhere to eat and this by far was exactly what we needed! If you're not into beer like me, definitely recommend the Desert Rose! It's delicious!
3% transaction fee added to your check,
server/bartender does not tell you of this
Bartender who I think was the owner, was incredibly friendly and had great recommendations.
The food is good, but all food was lukewarm when brought to the table, not hot. Our companions waited nearly an hour for a bowl of chowder, until Ken, the gentleman, reminded the waitress that they had ordered it. Then it arrived but it was only warm. The waitstaff needs some Major Training!!! Food looked like it was plated up and waiting and ready for serving for long time periods. The restaurant needs waitstaff bootcamp.
The roasted beet salad with salmon did not disappoint!! Sooooo good!
This place was great! The atmosphere is adorable and they have a great selection of beer, cocktails and food to choose from. The best part though? The saltines.
They give saltines with oysters and they were genuinely the best saltines my friend and I had ever had. They’re home made and we loved them so much, they let us buy two orders of them! The service was impeccable and our server was great! Definelty would recommend going here, and make sure to get some saltines!
I had such a wonderful time! My server Riley was incredible. So adorable and amazing service! I will be visiting again.
Had the worst experience here. My best friend booked it for her wedding venue and they double booked another wedding at the same time and the manager was extremely rude and didn’t even apologize. Do not come here
Terrible establishment. They double booked a rooftop reservation and didn’t hold themselves accountable. JD (the manager) was rude and not a problem solver.

Awful awful experience! This is by far the worst Jeckyll location I have ever been too. I normally have a great time but management and staff were rude and refused to work out our dispute. I can’t believe I am even having to write this but what a rude staff
This place is a disappointment. Our friend rented out the rooftop of this brewery for her wedding and the management here decided to double book the rooftop and deny us entrance when we arrived after the wedding. Imagine working at a place that kicks you out after you wedding. Jason the manager was so rude about us and instead of tryin to accommodate us, he said “I don’t care” and told us to leave. So I don’t recommend this brand to anyone
Wow this place gets an F for everything but the beer.
1. Cockroaches all over the place
2. Closed before closing time while we’re in the middle of our first drink
3. I left something on the table, came back within 3 minutes, and they threw it in the trash. Seriously, who does that?
Six of us went on a Monday night, and the manager sent us up to the roof top as he shared it's typically a slower night for them. Perfect weather, great company, and really good service, food, and drinks.
Well its a very nice brewery but the staff are lazy and more worried about their phones then their customers. The last time we went there I had to wipe a clean spot at the bar and when they saw that i went to the restroom to get a wet papertowel they didnt offer to help, in fact they used the dirty papertowel to wipe other areas of the bar instead of getting a clean wet towel. When you can signal someone to help they are friendly but clearly not interested in helping. We tried this place a second time because we like the beer and this time the bar was clean because it was empty but the service was still terrible. We will not be back
