Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams

Best ice cream I have come across in Atlanta so far! Loved the creaminess and texture. Tried the darkest chocolate, birthday cake, Texas sheet cake. The person serving the ice cream was very patient & sweet, and happily changed my order, when I realized I chose the wrong portion/size. Texas sheet cake was a non dairy option and still had really amazing texture and taste! Though the place was busy, there was spacer to sit and eat inside the store, plus a warm fire place right outside as well.

Vegetarian options: Clearly labeled dirt dairy free options.

Dietary restrictions: Nice selection for dairy free - tasted as good as regular ice creams!

I love Jeni's. My favorite ice cream shop by far. I love trying one or two flavors and then getting a cup of 2 half scoops. Delicious! And the staff is always super friendly and helpful.

As soon as you enter the store, your mouth will water. This is a prestigious ice cream shop that you must visit when you come to Georgia!!! Of course, it is sold in other states and at supermarkets, but the taste is different when you eat it at the store. To me, this is what ice cream is~ Dancing in your mouth while shouting~~ 💃 It can be said to be an ice cream of very high perfection. First of all, the taste itself is faithful to the original ingredients and it feels like they used all the ingredients without any hesitation. Even though I don't like cones, I always eat homemade cones when I come here. The salty and buttery flavor of the cone is a combo of ice cream and perfume. If you come from a state where Jenny's is located, you don't have to eat it, but I haven't tried it! If you want to, I highly recommend stopping by any branch and eating there when you come to Atlanta.

I recommend trying a sample before deciding on the flavor, but my personal favorites are brown butter almond brittle, brambleberry crisp, and rainbow buttermilk frozen yogurt (for those who love refreshing and rainbow sherbet).

For reference, there is space to eat inside this store, but it is small!

The brambleberry crisp had a very interesting blend of fruity and decadent, and the waffle slice was a nice touch. They had a variety of very interesting flavors with interesting names, and were generous with their samples. I would say the wildberry lavender tasted more citrus-y than I thought, while the bay leaf cheesecake has a very unique herb-y flavor.

I have gone many times to this specific store and I have to say of course I love the products and I love the stores, but the people in this one are always really good to me. They are so patient with everyone that asks them to sample this or that, regardless of them being small child or senior people, and I have seen them really busy through the and into cold months like October and they are always wearing great smiles and willing to help you out.

Jeni's is the perfect place to get a snack after a nice meal at the Avalon. The staff are always super friendly and very accommodating with kids. You are encouraged to try a variety of flavors before making your selection.

This particular Jeni's location has cozy outdoor seating and bench swings, making it an ideal spot to relax and socialize.

While the customer service was superb. The ice cream selection and its taste was extremely horrible. Maybe they should stick to some traditional flavors. I think I'll be staying loyal to Bruster's ice cream.
