I recently placed a large Catering Order at Jersey Mike's, located on 4075 Old Milton Parkway, Alpharetta, GA., for about 30 people in our Company. Everyone really loved the delicious sandwiches, immaculate presentation, and food quality! Kimberly, the Assistant Manager, was very professional, courteous, efficient, and answered all my questions when I placed the order several days before. She is truly a joy to work with! This is my go-to Sandwich restaurant in Alpharetta! Thank you so much Jersey Mike's!

This is the best damn Jersey Mikes on this side of the Mississippi, and quite frankly it isn't close. The Manager there is always a joy to talk to and the sandwich is always excellent

I come into this location prob 2 times a week and Coby is my the best. The store was short staffed, only Coby working (I think that's how you spell it) and he killed it. Not to mention he already knew what I wanted since he remembered me from past orders. 5/5 Star customer service. Yes, I was waiting for a little but he handled the lunch rush like a champ. Give this man the recognition he deserves.

I’ve been coming to this location regularly for about five months. Mediocre service at worst and excellent service at best, but pretty inconsistent overall. I won’t stop coming here, but it will definitely be less frequently based off this most recent visit.

I roll in today and a young man takes my order which consisted of extra meat. In the middle of slicing meat, the blue haired woman that I’ve never seen in five months of coming, (I’m assuming to be a manager), orders him to stop putting so much meat on the sandwich. He says, “He got extra meat.” to which she replied, “I don’t care.” He was very obviously embarrassed by this. God forbid someone gets two extra paper thin cuts on their sandwich. Then he passes the sandwich to her. “Mike’s way?” she asks me. I say “No. Tomatoes…” to which she, instead of just putting on the tomatoes, asks if I want onions or lettuce. I actually want tomato based on the way that I said tomatoes?

While this may sound like a silly thing to write a review over, it’s even sillier for that guy to have been called out over the portion in front of the very customer paying for that extra meat. Instead of waiting all of fifteen more seconds to discretely remind him to watch his portions or something, just call him out in front of a room full of customers? C’mon now. All in all, I think it shows a lack of awareness of how these interactions are seen and perceived by paying customers. Call me crazy but I remember a time when good customer service was the norm.

I’ve been coming here for a few months now. For the most part they are pretty inconsistent. Today I asked for extra shmeat and the young man began to exceed my expectations until the woman ordered him to stop.

I grew up in Jersey and this is as authentic as it gets... we worked with Joseph on a large catering order for our office; even on short notice, he was very accommodating and ensured the order was correct and complete and through in all the needed condiments, sides, etc. Definitely a go to place for us
