Don’t go in too late they throw away the iced tea early!!!

Not so good mini sandwich tonight. All I wanted was a mini tuna on white and I got a piece of bread less than the size of a mini cut in half. So disappointed.

The sub was incredible! The preparation and flavor reminded me of sandwich shops on the East Coast. It was a fantastic experience with delicious food.

I usually stop by this location when I get off work which is usually way before the 9pm closing time. I understand wanting to go home when it’s close to closing time. I always place my order ahead for pickup AND tip AND apologize for being late so it doesn’t interfere with closing duties. This last time my sandwich looked like it had been dropped on the floor and put back together haphazardly. Not sure if it was supposed to keep from coming back but I think that’s how I’ll take it.

Got welcomes from each staff member when entering. All service was a five star experience from door to door. Keep up the great work!

Chaos for these employees. I think they hire anyone off the street and don’t train them. Between orders from the line and pick up they can’t keep track of anything

They make the best chicken Philly I’ve ever had

I recently visited Jersey Mike's store 5086, and I have to say, the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Manager Stacey Smith and her team exemplify integrity, honor, and professionalism in every aspect of their service.

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that my order was prepared exactly to my liking. The quality of the food was top-notch, with fresh ingredients and the perfect balance of flavors. It's clear that Stacey runs a tight ship, and her leadership is reflected in the awesome service provided by her team.

This location has truly set the bar for what great customer service should be. I highly recommend stopping by if you're looking for a delicious meal and a fantastic customer experience. I'll definitely be returning!

I don't usually do reviews but I haven't been to this location in about a month. The food isn't good anymore and the service is bad now. There is a young teen in there with long fake eye lashes, glasses, and her father is supervisor whose attitude is really bad. She's very unfriendedly and rude. Everyone speaks to customers but her. She always looks angry. I hate to ask for additional onions or lettuce because she's rude. Last time I saw her there I wanted to turn around. I decided I'd never return especially since the food isn't great and I dislike her bad attitude. I guess she has permission to be rude to customers since her father is the supervisor. Jersey Mike's, do better with who you choose to work in your stores. The way your employees make food and act can make or break your business. I will not be returning.

Great place to get a sub made with fresh ingredients. For me it’s always the Original Italian made Mike’s Way. The service was quick and friendly.

I recently visited Jersey’s Mic Subs and had a truly disappointing experience. While the food itself is good, the service is absolutely terrible. I arrived around 8:35 PM and ordered a sandwich. There were two staff members working who were extremely rude and clearly had no interest in doing their jobs properly.

To make matters worse, as I was sitting down to eat, they asked me to leave within five minutes because they needed to close the lobby. This was well before their advertised closing time of 9 PM. I was still in the middle of eating my sandwich when they insisted I leave, locking the door behind me.

Despite the “Open” sign being on until 9 PM, they forced me to finish my meal outside. It was an incredibly unpleasant experience and made me feel unwelcome. This kind of service is unacceptable, and I won’t be returning

Usually have a positive experience here, but most recently had a big ole piece of hair in our sub. Store needs to improve their food prep and cleanliness process.
