I recently visited this location, while the gentleman was preparing my sandwich to my dismay I seen gnats flying around the tomatoes, but worse they were lined up on the glass partition as well. Not a very clean location to me.

I always get good service with my subs just right!!!

I’ve been to this sub shop four times recently and three of the four times they’ve not had in stock basic ingredients needed to make the sub I wanted. Once I altered my order but twice I left without any sub at all (they were out of too many ingredients). I think they’re under new management/ownership but the new manager doesn’t seem to know how to keep ingredients in stock to have them available for customer orders. When I inquired today about why ingredients are out of stock so frequently the guy making the subs harshly barked, “I’m not the manager.” My advice, find a different sub shop (I will)!!!

I went to Jersey mikes the worker was very rude they didn’t want to serve me and he served me with attitude he had his AirPods in and wasn’t even listening to me I will not be coming back

Man with dreadlocks yelled at me, insulted me, and grabbed sandwich from me when my points wouldn’t work as if I wouldn’t pay. Needs to be fired immediately. Sad part is a police officer just sat there while eating his sandwich

This place gets 5 stars all around! The gm and the staff treat me amazing and take care of me always!!!! Probably the best location around in Alpharetta!

Call several times trying to reach someone to cancel online order or schedule for later pick up but once I was able to get someone to answer my call they answer the call with attitude because they was busy she stated. The incident happen around 12:21pm.

Girl behind counter told a customer it was up to him to figure out how to cancel his online order/get a refund because the bread he wanted was frozen. Won’t support a business with such rude staff. I walked out and didn’t order after hearing that interaction. Keep your attitude at home

Don’t go in too late they throw away the iced tea early!!!

Not so good mini sandwich tonight. All I wanted was a mini tuna on white and I got a piece of bread less than the size of a mini cut in half. So disappointed.

The sub was incredible! The preparation and flavor reminded me of sandwich shops on the East Coast. It was a fantastic experience with delicious food.
