Placed an online order about an hour and a half before it needed to be picked up. Got there and waited 25+ minutes because my order ticket "wasn't printed" on their end (it was, they found it later). Really frustrating to see people who hadn't paid yet get their food before me, even though my order was placed well in advance. I understand that they were short staffed, but I was still ignored and ingredients I paid extra for were missing from my sandwiches. Given my wait time, I would expect that I get everything I paid for. Spent my entire 30 minute lunch break waiting for 2 sandwiches...

Waited about 5 minutes to place the order for two sandwiches, ok no prob. Then waited about 10 minutes for the order to be prepared. There seemed to be a lot of confusion between the restaurant staff and the guests with the staff asking repeatedly what you ordered and if you paid????? Perhaps they were short staffed on the day we went there.What I did notice is, the condiments that they place on your sandwich varied in what was available, for example the mayonnaise was nearly gone and had a yellow tinge to it (not desirable) And there was a lot of discarded food bits ( lettuce, crumbs from bread, and cut off meat products on the floor) Not very appetizing at all. The cleanliness of the restaurant seemed a bit, shall we say dirty?I understand that they make everything to your order, there are other sub shops that appear cleaner and better run for those of us on a lunch hour who need to eat and maybe run an errand or two...The food was "lackluster" we ordered a chicken philly and a steak philly. Both were edible but you could see the cook just killing the meat, mostly over cooking it and the end result was a poor experience.Sorry, but if you are looking for a great sandwich, and on a limited time frame, you may wish to explore other options.

I feel really bad for the spot that these employees are put in due to bad/non-existent management. Placed an online order, went to pick it up, waited an extra 40 minutes from the stated pick up time with the order being wrong the first time, then it was wrong again the second time (and we took it because we couldn't wait any longer). The employees were way behind and way over their heads as they were all under 2 weeks experience with no management support there. People were legitimately screaming. Orders everywhere. It was all extremely chaotic and crazy. Given the fact that this is actually the second time we've had this type of experience in the last few months at this particular Jersey Mike's location where they are extremely behind, provide an incorrect order, and give zero apologies- we will learn our lesson this time and never be back to this location. Would encourage everyone to stay away. Choose a different location!

Extremely disappointed...first time I ordering catering from this location. Not ready...Evan, the teenager in charge gave an excuse that his truck has problems...what that had to do with my pickup catering order was not explained. Very very Bad attitude by Evan...my order was incorrect & he (Evan) was rude & said here is your order & your mistake! I understand that the sevice industry has employment issues but this attitude displayed by Evan is unacceptable. I tipped the poor worker that had to wrap all for catering box but hopefully Evan did not get any of the tip. Also since catering is paid at time of ordering to be asked again to pay is unacceptable!!!!!!!
