Service today was very unprofessional, i asked about deal online that was â free â after 2 pm and when i asked if I could get the free items she looked at me with and rolled her eyes, but the women in front of her she gave an exceptional service and her free items when we placed the same order. Iâm not sure if itâs a race thing, or just bad business. I would like for a manager to contact me. The body language made me feel uncomfortable as if i was asking a stupid question overall horrible experience.

Shop was a bit cluttered, seemed like some of the staff was a bit more interested in chatting than serving me. Right after I put my phone number in, the guy at the register sort of ignored me for a minute or two, talked to his coworker, I couldnât finish the sale w/out him moving to the next screen, and then he was like âoh yeah, I forgot, sorryâ but I got the sandwich in a quick manner and it was still very tasty so itâs not the end of the world. Guess it wouldâve been a little nice to have the staff be a bit more attentive when in the middle of taking an order. I donât care if people chat, but at least finish my order so I can leave.
Seem understaffed, but the staff that is there provides great customer experience and fast service

JJ's site throws random errors when I try to order delivery and no one at this location ever picks up the phone. This has been going on for months and JJ's has completely lost me as a customer because of it.
