This location doesn’t have consistent hours. I know this because I came once, before this based on what Google has listed for business hours, and they were closed during that time. Today - I called ahead knowing this and was told they’d be open until 9 as usual (even though that isn’t “usual” for this location). I showed up at 5 PM and they were closed - sign on the door that said they closed at 4. At least update the Google Business hours! Very frustrating.

I went in and ordered my food. Another customer came behind me and said they wanted their meal fast. The worker made their for before mine. I was livid. Just because I don’t complain doesn’t mean my time isn’t of value.

The sandwiches seem to be shrinking on size. It’s difficult to tell there is meat on the sandwich. My order was also outsourced to Uber eats which by the way is certainly not Freaky Fast. It took Uber 40 minutes to deliver my sandwich to me.

I don't write many reviews but thought I'd give a little recognition to Robin. I tend to get a sub on the way home from work right before close and this guy is always on his A+ game. Down to earth, super nice, very helpful, and definitely an asset to this store and the franchise. I wouldn't be surprised if he gets called in on a corporate level to train people.
I am so happy they re opened in our neighborhood they are my favorite sandwiches . Specially the bread. Fresh, fresh, fresh!

I usually get the same thing all the time but this time I wanted something spicy and the gentleman at the counter explained all the sandwiches In very good detail.Getting a #7 with jalapenos....Holy. Service today was very unprofessional, i asked about deal online that was “ free “ after 2 pm and when i asked if I could get the free items she looked at me with and rolled her eyes, but the women in front of her she gave an exceptional service and her free items when we placed the same order. I’m not sure if it’s a race thing, or just bad business. I would like for a manager to contact me. The body language made me feel uncomfortable as if i was asking a stupid question overall horrible experience.
