Shop was a bit cluttered, seemed like some of the staff was a bit more interested in chatting than serving me. Right after I put my phone number in, the guy at the register sort of ignored me for a minute or two, talked to his coworker, I couldn’t finish the sale w/out him moving to the next screen, and then he was like “oh yeah, I forgot, sorry” but I got the sandwich in a quick manner and it was still very tasty so it’s not the end of the world. Guess it would’ve been a little nice to have the staff be a bit more attentive when in the middle of taking an order. I don’t care if people chat, but at least finish my order so I can leave.

JJ's site throws random errors when I try to order delivery and no one at this location ever picks up the phone. This has been going on for months and JJ's has completely lost me as a customer because of it.

Worst Jimmy John's experience in a while. bread was so old it almost crumbled apart when I bit into it. the roast beef was old grey. and waaay over seasoned. the lettuce was wilted and lifeless. The mayo was watery and runny. About the only descent things on there were the cheese and tomatoes. I will not go back to this location.

I placed an order on line at 4:30 for a 6:30 pick up. Went to this establishment at 6:25 and the store was dark and locked up. Now I’m having to deal with trying to get a refund. Is there an option for zero stars?

I’m here at 8:43 pm and I see two girls mopping and the doors are locked with the lights off. I left subway because the website says it was open until 9. So disappointed.

The manager is the sweetest absolute best - will keep ordering from here. Didn’t have enough drivers EON so he personally delivered after he closed up. Made my Monday after a rough day

They are NEVER open even during normal business hours. I can see employees in the store and they are closed. This is second time it's happened.
