I ordered a sub from Doordash at 8pm - was supposed to be a toasted sub with no onions or tomatoes as I am allergic. I received the order around 8:30 with nothing BUT tomatoes and onions and the wrong order. I reordered from DoorDash and called the store to make sure everything could be correct because I didn’t want to get sick. They told me they couldn’t remake it the way I needed it because the toaster was off at 8:30… even though I ordered this before this and got the total wrong order. No accommodations or accountability because “the toaster was turned off so I would need to order something else”. I won’t be back to this location.
Paid 2.49 for a side of potato salad container was not even half full 3 bites it was gone 😧😐

Got an unwich from here and it hardly even had any lettuce. Got it the way it comes with mayo, lettuce, and tomato and the unwich was super dry and came with minimal lettuce to even be able to close the lettuce to be able to eat it. I had to put it on a plate and cut it up. I could have made a ham, cheese and turkey roll up at home that was better than this! Won’t be going back here!!!

Sat at the drive-thru speaker for 5 minutes with no response, then waited at the window - still no one. I called the store and the employee (long brown hair, split down the middle in a pony tail) couldn’t have cared less, didn’t apologize, and casually said the drive-thru was closed because the speaker was broken. I suggested putting up a sign so others wouldn’t waste their time, but she showed zero concern. Terrible service.

Fast and always solid
As I walked into the restaurant, I noticed how impeccably clean it was, and three employees were engaged in conversation. However, the moment they spotted me, they paused their discussion. One of the girls promptly approached me to take my order, while the other two donned fresh gloves and prepared to make my sandwich. Their teamwork was evident, as they focused solely on my order. My Country Club Sandwich was not only clean but also fresh. I will definitely return for more meals. Thanks, everyone!

One of the cleanest fast food restaurants I've ever had the privilege of dining in. Subs were exactly as expected, Eli was super courteous, and did I mention how clean the place was? Looked like it was day one of the grand opening.
Well done guys!

They don’t allow you to order custom sandwiches, everything was a “no we can’t do that”. All I wanted as a toasted ham and cheese sandwich, nothing extravagant. Very strange business practice. Do you where I never have this issue? Subway and every other sandwich shop.

You can tell that some of the staff really hate their job. Especially the blonde girl with the lip liner that’s way too dark, just snarky and sarcastic attitude all because I asked for some mayonnaise packets lol. Get a new job if you hate it so bad!

I didn’t receive my full order—even though the missing item was listed on my receipt. When I reached out, I was told I’d have to come pick up the food or get a refund in person, despite having ordered delivery. That completely defeats the purpose. Definitely rethinking whether I’ll order from here again.

Their attention to detail with online order can use some retraining as my last 3 orders, the sandwiches were not made as requested.

Beware. Been here several times and they never get the order right. No matter what you tell them they get it wrong .

Forget 'freaky fast'...this place is 'sickenly slow' and absurdly so. I work nearby and have to endure the painfully slow service on the regular- not sure what the deal is...perhaps a poorly managed location that is too cheap to hire a proper number of employees...but regardless if you're in a hurry best to go elsewhere. You could probably go through the nearby Chick-fil-a four times in the same amount of time it takes to get a turkey sub at this place

This is a pitiful sandwich. I’m sitting in here 02/04 they have about 6 employees so speed isn’t a problem but the sandwich?? What the heck? Firehouse is where you should spend the $$. Not here. $11 for a turkey sub and all I’m tasting is bread.
