I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Jinya location in Alpharetta, GA. This was my second visit. During my first visit, I was very pleased with the service, courtesy, and overall experience, which made this visit even more frustrating.
I have specific dietary restrictions and do not eat onions, garlic, or mushrooms. While ordering the V Red Fire Opal, I clearly communicated these restrictions to the server. Although this dish primarily contains mushrooms, I wanted to be explicit about my requirements. The server acknowledged and noted these restrictions while taking my order.
When the dish arrived, I was surprised to find onions sprinkled all over it. Assuming it was an honest oversight, I pointed it out to the server. He accepted the mistake and promptly took the dish back, returning with another bowl within two minutes. I initially appreciated the quick response; however, upon inspection, I found that the soup still contained onions and mushrooms. It appeared that the toppings were simply removed from the surface, without considering that these ingredients were also present in the broth.
This experience left a very bad impression. I was genuinely looking forward to a good meal, but instead discovered that this location does not take dietary restrictions seriously. This is concerning, as many people have food allergies that could lead to serious health consequences if handled this way.
I would not recommend visiting this particular location, as it is not worth the trouble or risk. While other Jinya franchises may provide better service, the issue appears to lie with this specific restaurant.

As many other reviews suggest, some servers at this place don't care a single bit about customers, and wouldn't hesitate to do the worst when the opportunity presents. It is apalling.

There are plenty of good ramen place around. Heck even go to another Jinya location, just avoid this place and save yourself some trouble.

I want to preface this by saying I used to work at a Jinya, so I have a pretty good understanding of how things should typically run. Overall, I’d give the food a 6/10 and the service a 3/10.

My group and I didn’t mind waiting for a table, but once we were seated, no one came by to greet us or take our order. I actually had to go find someone and ask who our server was. The food also took longer than usual to come out, and I could tell my ramen had been sitting for a bit because there was an oil film on top.

On top of that, the kitchen had run out of green onions and spinach, which was surprising—and we weren’t told until the food arrived. I would have liked to know beforehand so we could’ve substituted something else.

I still enjoy Jinya in general, but this particular visit was definitely below their usual standard.

Super a unique place! There was such good service and me and my family loved the vibe! The chicken was amazing and the ramen was to, if you ever want a good bowl of ramen come here!

I had Zayna(?) as a server tonight and it was one of the worst restaurant experiences of my entire life. I rarely bother writing reviews, but this was ridiculous and people need to know to NOT get served by her. She had an attitude with us the entire time. Her tone was demeaning and she seemed to have no proper knowledge of the menu. Whenever we needed her, she was nowhere to be found and a nice gentleman (tall, wearing all black) had to assist us instead. When she brought our food, it seemed like she was tossing us our food and it threw us off. This girl needs to be trained better or fired because we do not want this kind of service at such a lovely establishment.

I got a 50% off coupon in my email. They said I didn’t have to do anything but sign into the app to redeem it. And when I went to do that, it did not bring up my 50% off coupon. And I had already gotten rid of my older emails. I had two days left on that coupon so that was a little depressing but the food is amazing.
